Our aarke Carbonator had a small issue so I checked the FAQ. Since I could not found a solution I contacted aarke support. They where keen to help. Although we were not able to resolve issue and our aarke Carbonator did not have any waranty left. They still offered a 50% discount!
Overall I'm very satisfied, either with their products as well as with their customer support.
