Excellent service. I bought a wrong size and it was super easy to return the product and get the money back. When I got the correct size, it was great. I enjoy the product very much and I can recommend barefoot and Vaistoa to everybody. Barefoot is a game changer!

I am very disappointed with the customer service. They delivered to my home a bed and one of the legs was broken. I asked to replace it and after more than 2 months I did not get anything. The customer service is not good.

I’m sad to hear that you felt you didn’t get good enough reply from costumer service!
When we need to replace a part of a faulty product we first must contact our supplier to find out what’s the best possible solution. Sometimes the supplier doesn’t have a spare part ready to ship immediately (and I don’t know enough about what happened in your case) but to me two months seems unreasonably long for a leg, so I wan’t to take this opportunity to apologize on our behalf!
If we had a spare part in stock, we could of course ship it to you a lot quicker but since there’s a third party involved it’s more risk unfortunately.
In situations like this it’s in as much of our interest to us as it is to you to get this sorted as soon as possible. Hope you’ve reached a good solution with costumer service by now!
