The communication is always thorough, accurate, and timely. If I would ask for anything from Bol it would be to have an English translation for their site. My Dutch is terrible and when I use a translator I always have to wonder how accurate it is. Other than that I love this site and prefer it over Amazon. I feel it has a higher level of integrity.
