We bought the first ever whizzer many years ago and have just upgraded to the full size adult whizzer now that the kids are bigger. Also means I can use it now too!
It’s a great product and the new one arrived quickly and well packaged.
I’ve never needed customer service, as the product is self-explanatory.
Thank you for inventing such a useful product.

Expensive for what it is. All great in principle but when actually installed we have had many problems.
My primary dissatisfaction is regarding the pet friendly cameras which are set off by our normal-size pet cats. We’ve had multiple false alarms which have just been the team confirming it was a cat.
Verisure restricts customers to just two pet friendly cameras which was an issue when we needed 3 for the size of the house. I don’t understand the limitation and the question has never been able to be answered by any of the support team.
I was assured the pet friendly camera would be ok with my dog but my dog sets it off every single time. So we can no longer use the alarm when the dog is present in the house! Which was half the point of the alarm to be on when the pets are here to protect the pets!
In addition, the phone remote app has crashed several times and often needs to be deleted/re-installed. Needs development. Worst example of this was we tried to set alarm remotely via the phone, we got an error it couldn’t set. 24 hours later the alarm activation got through and set the alarm while I was in the house and I obviously triggered it!
On the plus side having been inside the house when the alarm went off, it is deafeningly loud... And the customer support team are polite and courteous.
Sadly, an expensive mistake for us to get this installed - and the cost to get out of the 36 month(!) alarm contract are hundreds of pounds so we’re stuck with it.

Ricky & Mark did a great job securing our garden. There were some tricky areas which they overcame expertly.
Only problem now is the cats yowl constantly at the back door to go out whatever the weather 😂
Would highly recommend the cat fencing system, best decision we’ve made for our cats happiness and health.

This company does what you need - delivers your bed/mattress next day no matter what.
I asked for delivery next day between 8am-1pm and it arrived just after 12pm.
Driver called when he was 10 minutes away.
Would recommend, and I would definitely use again.
