Good delivery, Questionable customer service
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the delivery, but unfortunately not with the customer service.
I received a birthday discount and wanted to use it for my order, but I kept getting an error message. We exchanged several messages over the course of several days, and I was asked to try various things, but nothing worked.
What I found particularly disappointing was that this was only a 10% discount. Instead of simply issuing a new code after it became clear that the original one was not working, the communication continued with emails suggesting that the problem was on my end.
If this much effort is made over a 10% discount, I honestly wonder how customer service would handle a genuine problem. Unfortunately, this experience means I will probably avoid shopping with this company in the future whenever possible.

We would like to clarify that our newsletter discount codes are generated automatically by our system and are associated with the email address used for the newsletter subscription. For this reason, the code can only be applied when the relevant conditions are met.
That said, we are sorry that this was not explained clearly enough from the beginning and that the process resulted in several exchanges of emails. We understand how frustrating this can be, regardless of the value of the discount.
