5 star service - ordered on website 21/11 from the UK. My Hispanitas shoes & bag were ready for collection from the local UK post office on 27/11. Not expected until 1/12. Regular updates received tracking my package. I knew the shoes would fit as already have in a different colour. These shoes were nearly £50 cheaper than the shop where i had purchased the first pair only 2 weeks ago. Delivery from Spain just £5 & no other fees re customs /duty.

Charlie has been amazing helping us to work out exactly what we want from our holiday. She had endless patience and nothing was a problem when looking at flights / dates / times / destination options. She worked through the availability and different combinations so that it was just right for our once in a lifetime trip.
She has contacted us when promised, sent paperwork confirming everything and answered every question we could think of! She was able to give recommendations for things to do as she had been there herself which was helpful. She is friendly, polite & her customer service is fantastic.

After 9 years, the wheels on my large IT Suitcase were struggling to turn properly. Completed the online form and Koulla popped replacements in the post to me as it has a 10 year warranty, saving me having to buy a new case. Wheels arrived within 2 days. Will def buy IT cases in future, their customer service is outstanding - thank you

Husband needed angle grinder discs to cut patio slabs. Toolstation had stock, ordered for click and collect. Within 10 mins email received advising ready for collection. Toolstation were extremely organised for social distancing, great queue system, polite, smiley staff, order ready and waiting. Fantastic! Thanks toolstation - needless to say, the Bosch discs went through the patio slabs like butter.
