NUR PROBLEME: Auszahlung offen, Kommunikation schlecht

Seit über einem Jahr: Restbetrag offen. Kommunikation unzuverlässig, teils keine Antworten.
Ersatzfahrzeug: tagelang widersprüchliche Aussagen. Trotz täglicher Telefonate „Auftrag ist raus“, beim Partner zunächst keiner. Ergebnis: ca. 5 Tage ohne Ersatzfahrzeug.

I received a broken perfume bottle

I received a broken perfume bottle – glass shattered inside the box.
The packaging was so poor, it’s no surprise it got damaged.

I contacted customer service the next day with photos and full explanation.
No reply. No help. Nothing.

If something goes wrong, they simply ignore you.
They got my money and don’t care after that.

Think twice before ordering. If your item arrives damaged – you’re on your own.
