Just purchased the new Henley Elly wood pellet stove, having searched the internet for months, finally bought and had installed the latest model, which i must say is fantastic, easy to install and operates from my phone as well as its built in control panel.
Had a slight issue with a side panel but the customer service has been outstanding, David was even willing to ship out a full replacement but we went with the simple option as we had the stove in place.
Brendan the service engineer was great, arrived and sorteed the minor issue out and was gone within an hour.
No mess or fuss just a great stove and outstanding customer service.

Great product and better price than any shop or other online retailer.
That includes with delivery, as for delivery I was given a tra king code that actually worked unlike some others.

Products and service are great 👍, delivered to my door 1 day earlier than expected which meant I could get the job done quicker than planned.

Great product, the building control officer would not pass self build without reducing valley truss being mechanically fixed.

Metro fixings send me the product the day i ordered and got them the next day.

The staff at the Coventry site are fantastic, really helpfull, the lady on the materials section could not do enough for us.
Covid rules in place and staff on hand to point out to those who were not complying which made us feel safe and secure.

Bought a strimmer from them, paid for next day shipping and 12 days on no strimmer but 124 euros out of pocket.

After 48 hours they said covid was to blame, wow that poor covid didn't realise he drove a van for Fastway!!

I have emailed them over the last 12 days and only ever replied to say it's coming, then stopped replying
I have asked for a refund but again covid is to blame and no sign of the money being returned anytime soon.

So buyer beware, they look good they seem cheaper but getting your goods is another thing and don't expect a refund as covid has no money!!!

I have had the miss fortune of having bought goods and Fastway being the delivery company.
I live in the sticks and not always home, so the first parcel thrown over the gate and left in the driveway for 3 days soaking wet and damaged goods. Took 7 days to get to me on a next day paid for shipment

Most recent, again 24 hour delivery payment, 12 days on and no sign of parcel, told both the company I bought the goods from and fast way that I was going out of the country after 5 days got standard Covid is to blame but fastway sent it to the wrong centre then said it was on its way to Limerick depot, 3 days later it had not arrived but a miracle happened it now showed as being out for delivery and then delivered on a Sunday. No parcel severe delivered I was in the UK by now. Fastway cannot prove they delivered and will not respond to emails.

So avoid this delivery service, ask the company you are buying from if they use Fastway and if they do do not buy the item, otherwise you may just end up paying for something that never arrived

The tap and trap are great quality and an amazing price.
The really set of my bathroom sink and were so easy to fit.

the quality of the product is far greater than the cost I paid. great customer service, as I need to delay delivery as I was going to be away from home, talked to a lovely lady who changed the date to fit in with my return, fitting instructions and videos on line where really useful.
