These guys are horrible. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them. I bought Black Diamond trekking poles and got them delivered on 22 June 2026. Didn't like them so I immediately returned them to the address they gave me with the numbers and everything with proof of delivery. It is now 1 Sept 2026 and they do not respond to my emails and do not return my money. This is pure scam and I don't recommend anyone buying anything from them. These were also expensive trekking poles like 180 EUR ... and they still don't return my money. I'm pissed. So much for the EU online protections. How can anyone do business like that is beyond me.

EDIT: 4 Sept - They have nerve to comment here. I have proof of delivery to the address they have provided for the return. It was delivered the next day. The fact that they do internal shipping etc. is their own problem, not mine! My responsibility to return the package was to the address they told me to and that was done on the 23 Aug and there is proof of delivery about that. Unbelievable, they don't understand basic logic.

IBKR are the best low-cost broker with high quality service and execution. They always respond and clarify any issues with the platform promptly and in full. The platform and website are very well made with lots of products available and low pricing.

Great choice of brands and watches with good to excellent value. Perfect service and wuick turnaround on order processing.

Of course it is not buying a new watch, but is the little extra ... not sure what ... worth the extra 20-30%.

Hopefully service and durability remains good.
