I ordered an item from them, paid via PayPal, and a couple of weeks later they came back and said that the item was out of stock. They offered me an alternative item of slightly greater value, or a store credit to that greater value, but not a refund. I checked their online store, and the item was there, in stock, with the same sizing but at a higher price. We had several email exchanges but they always ignored the content of my emails and offered store credits. I have yet to find a resolution and will probably have to apply via PayPal. It's now 2 weeks since I ordered. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Really frustrating. I need to change my password but there seems to be no way of doing this. Furthermore their contact email address bounced 😡😡😡

I purchased three identical items. Package 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 were deposited outside my front door. Although I answered the door bell immediately the delivery man left before I could ask where package 1 was. I have called the retailer who promised to check and advise what has happened to package 1 this afternoon by text or email but I haven’t heard back.

I purchased two skirt suits, a blouse and a fitted shirt from Sumissura. Notwithstanding non-standard measurements, the sizing and shape were extremely accurate and I could not have had a more perfect fit. During the process a query was raised and every aspect of this was politely, promptly and helpfully dealt with. I could not be more delighted with the results, although if I had one criticism, there was a slight imperfection in the fastening on one of the skirts. For the price, the quality is amazing, and I have no doubt I will be purchasing again from Sumissura. Unique service and concept, just marvellous for online shopping. Now that my sizes are stored it will be easy to purchase more products. Very happy.
