As a member of Planet Fitness, I was offered a $30 loyalty gift through Nift. Given a few gift choices I selected a new pair of Blenders sunglasses. I researched the Blenders eyewear brand and was impressed. The process to select my gift and apply my loyalty promotion was seamless. The sunglasses I selected were stylish and included their highest quality lense. They fit my face perfectly. I have received nothing but positive comments about them. I am very pleased to be introduced to a new brand of sunglasses that meet my needs but not as expensive as my high end pair I use for work. With Blenders I feel I can have 3 or 4 pair and not break the bank.

I wish there was a better way to view customized messages on previous orders via the computer website and phone app. I have several nephew and nieces and it would be helpful to view previous orders in detail.

Everything about my first order of three custom Visa cards was great. They were delivered to multiple addresses and within the time frame given. My only complaint is a behind the scenes issue. I placed my order as a guest before creating an account and was told by customer service they had no way of moving my order under my newly created account so my account history would reflect the order. This should be simple to accomplish, but was told they did not have the capability. This is what kept them from a 5 star rating.

Whenever I have to send money via Western Union, I use my Western Union application for iPhone. I love the choice to use my debit card so my receiving party has almost instant access to the funds. The process is smooth and painless and the app is very user friendly and keeps a complete record of past transactions. Additionally, if you transfer money to the same people, it gives you an option to repeat a previous transaction or select from a list of people you have saved that you have sent to money to previously.
