Finally November 27th they promised to send us a document that we need to the seller in order to get our money back. Nothing came. We wrote again. Now they promised to send the document during 24 hours. Nothing came. We wrote again. They made their promises again and we have not got any document. Very bad service, bad communication if any, no deliveries, no documents sent that are needed to get the money back from the seller. Desaster.
