We were told this would arrive before Christmas my parents are still waiting. 40 euro in FED EX fees? Beyond disappointed. Sub par. I am still fighting with them to explain why it was stuck in USA for 5 days. They need to be better. No excuse. I am waiting for an explanation. 140euro for package and 40euro shipping and never arrived? Disgusted.

Both items arrived in my local McCabes within maximum 2 days! There were also special offers online that weren't available in store. Great experience and highly recommended. I also like to shop Irish and local, this achieved that too!
