My experience from ordering to delivery was fast. Only criticism was I was unable to track the item so it was a complete surprise to see turn up 3 days after ordering.

I felt there was 2 failures. 1. The tickets received are not actually digital, and have to be collected at port. 2. After leaving the site identification details have to be put in on a different site.

The item I bought was at a good price. The delivery service was good but I was unable to track it properly.

I recently had a parcel coming to department 65 from Poland. the parcel was picked up exceptionally fast. It went from Poland to the southwest of France in 3 days. I was very impressed. When the parcel goes out for delivery from the despatch warehouse is where it all goes wrong. The driver without fail cannot be bothered to deliver the parcel to the address, instead prefers a relay. He phones and tells me that he is at the address and cannot find the house, there are only 4 houses in the road, all close together. I have searched for the van and it is nowhere to be seen.
I believe it is one of two reasons why I do not receive my parcels. Dpd are employing the wrong kind person, or perhaps the driver is put under so much pressure to make all the deliveries it is easier to drop every thing at a relay.

Unfortunately I didn't see the information concerning Debit Cards until I made the payment. In the UK everyone has to have a credit rating to survive, but it is not so in the rest of the world.

I have previously traveled with volotea and service has been excellent. Subsequently I have been booked to travel again. The flight out has been cancelled, but the flight back has not. Thus I can not come back because I am not there. All I want to do is be given a voucher so can re-book. The algorithms on their website don't let it happen. If at some point I get a result, I will do another review.

Ayant déjà effectué un achat chez Probikes et reçu un service très professionnel. J'ai été très surpris de constater que lors de l'achat d'un deuxième vélo, j'ai trouvé le service moins bon. Au bout d'une semaine, le vélo n'avait pas quitté l'entrepôt. A la question pourquoi la réponse était " c'est en train d'être préparé ". Après 2 semaines, j'ai reçu le colis. Après toute la préparation qu'il a menée, j'ai reçu 2 pédales gauches avec le vélo et aucune pédale droite.

Bonjour J'aurais aimé vous remercier pour le service client que j'ai reçu de Centrale Pneus, mais je ne peux pas. C'est inexistant. Si j'avais lu un échantillon des critiques sur Trustpilot, j'aurais certainement reconsidéré l'opportunité de faire un achat auprès de Centralepnues. Les pneus que j'ai commandés étaient ceux suggérés pour mon véhicule, mais ils n'étaient pas ceux évalués pour mon véhicule. Centralepnues refuse de les échanger. Je dois maintenant acheter 4 autres pneus. Evidemment pas de Centralepnues, ils préfèrent trouver un nouveau client, plutôt que de garder celui qu'ils ont déjà. Mon conseil reste clair.

La raison de la 1 étoile est qu'il n'y a aucune communication entre les organisations concernées. Le garage n'a pas dit à Centralepnues qu'ils fermaient depuis 2 semaines. L'entreprise de livraison ne savait pas qu'elle ne pouvait pas livrer les pneus certains jours, alors ils ont été renvoyés au centre de distribution. J'ai dû téléphoner et les localiser, car le suivi ne servait à rien. Cela a été une pagaille complète.
