The Alpha boiler Engineer called when he was around twenty minutes from us. He was on time, very efficient and gave good advice regarding a bathroom mixer valve following his maintenance of the boiler.

Let down by using terrible delivery company.
Website ordering was easy and I was kept updated with dispatch progress. However, the delivery company Evri really let down the overall experience, first of all they lied about claiming to have tried delivering the goods but didn't, then said it would be delivered next working day which it wasn't.

The selection of a new pair of shoes was very difficult because there were so many lovely ones to choose from but once selected, the ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was super quick and everything was as hoped, lovely shoes, great fit even for a wide foot. Now a favourite shoe and will be worn regularly.
