All good. Order arrived on the date I had requested. The delivery man was very helpful. A confirmation of dispatch would have been helpful. I did not know that my delivery was on the way until the driver phoned to say he was 15 minutes away.

Straight forward and trouble free shopping experience from ordering through to delivery. Good communication throughout and the delivery tracking with interactive map was very useful in getting an idea of delivery time. Delivery time was within the specified 2 hour window. Highly recommended.

After trawling round various dealers, doing lots of reaserch and a test drive to be sure of my car choice, I turned to the internet to find the best price. This is how I chanced upon Buyacar! I checked out their site and decided to give them a whirl. Their site took the donkey work out of my searching and I found two cars that were axactly what I wanted at prices I was very happy with. I bought one of them and am very happy with my new car and with the whole on line buying experience with them. The process was quite straighhtforward with friendly staff to help, answer questions and guide you along the way. Someone was assigned to look after me with my order until a point was reached where I was handed over to someone who dealt with the final stage of the process - the invoicing and arranging delivery of my car. I would certainly use them again when I need to replace my car in the future. I have recommended them to my boss and have been singing their praises to everyone who has asked about my new car and where I bought it from. Having only ever bouthgt a car in the traditional way before, I was naturally a little apprehensive about doing it all on line but I have no regrets and am a very happy customer at the end of it all.

Great company to deal with. They provide an efficient and speedy service. Good communication, responding well to any queries. If for any reason you need to return an item, this is also handled very efficiently with refunds made promptly. All in all a very positive, hassle free shopping experience.
