Außerdem habe ich jederzeit einen guten Überblick über meine Arbeitsstunden plus / minus, meine Gehaltsabrechnungen und persönlichen Daten. Alles ist übersichtlich aufgebaut, mit wenigen Klicks erreichbar und sehr einfach zu bedienen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I have been using Zalaris PeopleHub for about a year, mainly to register my working hours and submit leave requests. I find it easy to use, and the leave process is straightforward.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to see my colleagues’ planned absences. This helps me plan my own time off and makes coordination within the team much easier.

I also use PeopleHub to access my payslips, and this is probably one of the features I value the most. It's very convenient to have all payslips available in one place and be able to access them quickly whenever I need them.

I have also used the Travel & Expense feature and found it helpful for submitting and tracking expenses, making the reimbursement process easier to manage.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The system gives me easy access to the information and functions I need on a daily basis, and it has become a natural part of my work routine.

Wir nutzen Zalaris PeopleHub nun schon seit einiger Zeit und sind mit der Lösung sehr zufrieden. Die Einführung verlief gut organisiert und das Team hat uns während des gesamten Projekts kompetent begleitet.

Besonders positiv finden wir, dass PeopleHub viele HR-Prozesse vereinfacht und alle wichtigen Informationen an einem Ort bündelt. Auch bei Fragen oder kleineren Herausforderungen ist der Support schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich zuverlässig um eine Lösung.

Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit – wir können Zalaris und PeopleHub auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The PeopleHub app has made managing HR and payroll activities incredibly simple and accessible. The UI is simple to navigate and use.

It brings together all of the HR info I need. I can access payslips, submit and track leave requests, review personal information, and complete HR tasks directly from my phone, which is key as I am often on the move.

The employee self-service functionality is particularly strong, allowing routine requests and updates to be handled quickly and efficiently. Notifications and approvals are also straightforward, so I can address in a timely fashion.

Zalaris is a fantastic HR and Payroll partner. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and makes everyday HR and payroll tasks simple and efficient.

OPdatering:
Nu er problemet løst. Der var fejlagtigt tastet ind at min mand skulle indbetale kr. 10 mere om måneden, i stedet for det som tydeligt var angivet 10% af samlet løn. Efter 3-4 mdr. kamp og flere henvendelser. Ændring kommer nu først med på lønseddel for juli. Vi startede hele processen i februar. Vidste godt vi ikke kunne nå det til marts løn, men havde forventet løsning til April løn.
Desværre gives der stadig ikke svar på om der kan ske indbetaling med tilbagevirkende kraft.
Alt kommunikation foregår via såkaldte "Tickets" som efter svar markeres som løst, hvorefter man skal oprette ny ticket, hvis ikke man er tilfreds med løsningen. Meget tungt og meget lidt kundevenligt system. Min mand blev lovet en opringning som aldrig kom. Kun en ny ticket med skriftligt svar.

Min mand som er ansat i Nordea, har nu siden februar forsøgt at få ændret sit eget pensionsbidrag, som han ønskede hævet.
I april fik vi endelig tilkendegivet at hans "Ticket" var løst.
Nu ser vi så på lønsedlen, at der fortsat ikke er sket noget.
Det er under al kritik. Nu kan han ikke nå at få indsat så meget i år som han gerne ville, og det er mere eller mindre håbløst at få nogen til at tage ansvar for opgaven.
Han bliver kastet rundt mellem HR og Salaris, og bliver hele tiden bedt om nye blanketter og underskrifter.
Hvorfor kan man dog ikke få kontakt til en fast navngivet person som kan følge sagen til dørs.
Nu har vi været igang siden begyndelsen af februar, det er så dårlig kundeservice og sagbehandling.

They have an awesome helpdesk and they are really quick with resolving tickets. I have had a great experience with them.

This company is extremely toxic to work for. I would recommend no one work for this company or with this company. They did not pay me my wages, and they expect you to pay them to work for them.

It's not always easy, as people work hard and the workload can be heavy. But I find it to be a great work environment, characterized by strong family bonds and genuine care among colleagues.

Jeres kundeservice er nok de værste jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Jeg har ringet 5 gange og I laver ikke andet end fejlberegninger og er ikke til nogen hjælp
