I sent my shoes back to change size. I contacted invo8 3 times through the website and never heard from them again. 150 euro lost in space.

We're sorry to hear you have experienced issues returning your order. We can see the consumer service team did respond to your email ( under a different email address from the one on the order). with the return information attached, we do apologise if this did not reach you.
We have asked the team to re contact you via email today using both the email address from the order and the one we have from previous correspondence. The team will do all they can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
