Der Support ist unterirdisch. Ich habe versucht ein Konto zu eröffnen, dann verlagen sie eine Videoverifizierung. Nur der deutsche Support ist per Telefon nicht erreichbar, entweder ist die Leitung besetzt oder der Server nicht erreichbar. Auf Mails wird gar nicht geantwortet. Ergo die absolute Support Wüste und wenn ich die Kommentare hier lese, verzichte ich wohl besser auf ein Konto

Terrible service
Terrible service, terrible functionality. Stay away!
I opened an account, had EUR & GBP wallet options. I made a transaction in GBP, no updates from Paysera for a week. Another one I sent in EUR using different payment provider - never landed at Paysera either. I had to chase them to understand what’s happening.
I emailed them - no respond for a week. I emailed them again- no respond. I called them - they’ve said - let me send you an email. In the email they asked to send screenshots confirming my transactions (like WHAT?!). I did that, and they told me GBP is not supported. (So why is it visible in the app then? Amazing that you have T&Cs which appeared later, but why GBP in the app?). I emailed asking so what’s up with transaction? No respond. I called them. THEY said - we never received Transaction. Like WHAT?! They told - go back to sender and ask to cancel it. How about saying it in the first place? And returning to emails / calls? I am still trying to resolve this case. But from my perspective , if you want a reliable payment solution, then take Paysera off the list immediately.
Another bit is around bugs in their internal dashboard. And I struggled to even find their support chat. Glad that I found their mobile nr at least.
Funny thing. I mentioned about GBP transaction- they’ve started talking about someone’s technical issues. Until I mentioned about EUR transaction from different provider. And i have never had any problems with other providers. So who does really have a technical issue and terrible platform?
