Par contre, le conseil de commander la demi-taille au-dessus n'a aucun intérêt.
Les tailles sont mises au hasard. Pantalon commandé en taille 38 (UK), étiquette 38.
Essayé ce 6 Septembre, je m'aperçois que c'est beaucoup trop grand. En mesurant, c'est un taille 40.
L'étiquetage et les tailles ne sont pas respectées.
La longueur d'entrejambe, par contre est conforme.
A votre réponse, je tiens à préciser qu'une différence d'une taille complète n'est pas "un léger excédent de tissu". C'est un défaut de fabrication pour mauvaise lecture de la demande ou fait consciemment.
J'ai été dans la confection de vêtement pendant plus de 10 ans. La tolérance, en France, était de 1,5 cm sur un tour de taille. 2 pouces, c'est plus qu'une taille française. J'avais commandé taille 38 parce qu'en prise de mesure, je fais 37.5".
Un retour vers le Royaume-Uni ? Ça ne vaut pas le coût, sans compter les délais.
Surtout quand vous considérez que 5 cm ne sont qu'un "léger" excédent de tissu. Ce qui correspond à 10 cm d'excédent à la coupe, minimum. 1 pouce par panneau en plus quand les patrons prévoient déjà cette marge pour le surjet.

Nous savons à quel point il est important de pouvoir se fier aux tailles indiquées, en particulier lors d’une commande en ligne. Une taille 38« doit correspondre à une taille 38 ». Cependant, il se peut qu'il y ait un léger surplus de tissu afin de tenir compte d'un éventuel rétrécissement au fil du temps.

Non Delivery
I ordered a tie, which got dispatched a couple of days later. When I went to track it a few after then, it was still showing as label created only. So I went on their website site & went on the web chat. This was the best web chat I’ve seen. It was done with AI & it was actually helping & answered all of my questions.
When it escalated my question, it put me through to an agent to help further. She apologised that it hadn’t been delivered & as I needed the tie for a wedding coming up, she re-ordered it & done it as express delivery for the next day. This was great customer service & would use them again, also recommend them to other people.

Horrible customer service by David Swotts. Have a "security check" to order a shirt which is ridiculous. The person on the phone was passive aggressive and had an attitude.

We do take customer security very seriously, and checks like these are required from time-to-time. 99% of the time it only impacts a first-time customer order when our Accounts Team can't verify all the details using the tools at their disposal. Once it has been completed one time, it won't be required again.
We very much apologise that your call with our colleague was not the friendly and positive experience it should have been, which is hugely disappointing. Thank you for letting us know however, and we'll review that call. Our Training Team will pass along any feedback and provide coaching to the colleague to handle any similar situations better in the future.

Never will use this company like first…
Never will use this company like first time and last time. They take money from you only to say they don’t debt it. Only to find you get charged! Spoke to the worst agent Milan again refused to write me a email while on the phone having our conversation because of call handling time. When I have been given wrong information before. This company honestly can’t believe it. They will debt your money and won’t refund you and say don’t have the money.

Exceptional Service
I had ordered four shirts. There was a mess up and only three shirts of the wrong size were sent. I contacted the online chat agent and they were extremely helpful in resolving the matter. Things will always go wrong. It is what the company does to set it right that matters and this was really good service
