I’ve bought and sold more gear with MPB than I care to admit. Everything is top notch: selection, pricing, shipping, returns, and most of all, customer service. They make selling ridiculously easy and pay really fast.

The lens I purchased was in better shape than was described on the site. I will definitely buy from them again.

J'ai rencontré MPB par hasard alors que je cherchais un nouveau boitier et des objectifs à acheter. Après m'être renseigné sur la fiabilité du site, ses retours clients, j'ai parcouru des pages de matériel. C'est une mine, le matériel est proposé avec une fiche le concernant et une note de qualité, ne cherchant pas à cacher d'éventuels défauts sur son état, photos à l'appui. J'ai finalement fait affaire avec MPB. Le boitier et les objectifs sont arrivés dans un colis très soigné et la qualité était bien conforme à mes attentes. Merci MPB, je reviendrais !

Nothing but great experiences with MPB. They are the only used camera gear site that has photos of the actual item you'll receive. I've ordered, and traded with them multiple times and everything has always been exactly as described.

Muy ágil el proceso desde el envío. notificación de llegada y valoración inicial. Además me tasaron el objetivo por encima del valor inicial (cierto que estaba impecable).

High quality products, condition as described, fast delivery. Haven't had to return anything but have made multiple purchases with no problems. I did have to request triangle clips after a purchase as there was no way to attach the shoulder strap to my camera. These were promptly dispatched with no charge and no questions asked.

mpb were a good way to sell my camera and lenses - they offered me as fair a price as I'll find on the second-hand market, arranged for collection of the gear and paid me promptly for the agreed price.

Poor experience. Bought a lens that was faulty. For two weeks ive been chasing an update on how to return it. Ive emailed every two days to be ignored.

Now got to issue a chargeback to get my money back as I can't even get them to collect the item.

Really poor experience from this company.

Considering that I was selling item which had to be evaluated , the whole process is a breeze. Within one week from online initial price offer to final price adjustment! I like it . MPB even upgraded lens I was selling which translate to better price ! And generally you won’t find better prices online than MPB . Thank you

Absolutely terrible company when things go wrong. I had some equipment stolen in transit. It was collected from me but not all of it arrived. After about a month I was told that after reviewing all available evidence my claim had been approved and they would process my payment. A new quote appeared in my account. As nothing seemed to be happening after that I chased to find out when I would receive it only to eventually be told my claim was rejected. It is like they have no idea what claims are at what stage. It's shambolic. They also don't reply to emails, don't follow up when the say they will and generally don't seem to care. Also seem to have a habit of responding on Friday just before they close leaving you stranded for the weekend. The worst part is, they are calling me a liar, claiming I didn't send the kit I agreed to send.

Hace unos días compré un NIKON 105mm micro, ofrecido como excelente en la web. Al llegar y revisarlo observo que hay polvo en su interior, hasta cierto punto normal en un objetivo de ocasión pero según mi opinión demasiado polvo para considerarlo excelente. Creo que debería haberse mencionado en la ficha. Por el momento no afecta las fotos pero supongo que algo le debió pasar al objetivo para acumular este polvo.
No lo devuelvo por qué entiendo que he comprado un objetivo de ocasión y el polvo de momento no parece afectar la imagen, pero creo que debería detallarse mejor el estado óptico interior. No me importaría pagar algo más para estar seguro al 100% de lo que voy a recibir. He comprado otros equipos de ocasión en otros sitios y nunca me había pasado algo así.
