First time purchaser, so far not impressed, sent messages on their contact us page, no reply. I have ordered the viltrox 14mm for z mount and want it for a holiday this time next week. If I’ve had no reply by tomorrow I shall cancel. PLEASE REPLY

One thing I will say is that maybe the tracking needs to be a little more up to date. This is by no means a complaint at all but, when I kept looking at the tracking progress it was always saying 'Processing'. It was still saying this when my door bell rang and my camera was delivered! As it was still saying 'Processing' I wasn't expecting it in the post on the day I received it, so when it came I was like a little kid at Christmas.

Very happy with my purchase from Camerasdori. I ordered an OM SYSTEM OM-5 Mark II and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the camera was well packaged, and it arrived in Belgium in less than two weeks.

I bought camera lens and it arrived in a week.
Lens is working without any problems so far and is in perfect condition no scathes or any other defects.
Customer service responded within a day when I requested update on my order.
The price for the lens was really good and best I could find comparing to all the other retailers.

All good, but communication could have been better but all pleased with speed in delivery.

After looking at various sellers and seeing the cost of £2200+ I was very wary of buying from Cameradori at a much cheaper price, however I was more than happy with the camera and there very efficient service. Found Camerasdori on web, while searching for new camera, checked reviews-they were good, so I made order. I was bit worried, but all went well. Import taxes and delivery are are included in price, so no worries there. Over all very happy with service. Thank you!

I initially had some problems with placing the order, they came back to me very quickly by email prior to ordering.
Once ordered, the delivery came through in 7 days. All items ordered were exactly as expected and very well packaged.
Will definitely use again, particularly when saving approximately 40% on many items.

It was the very first time to buy a camera from a store like Camerasdori and I was sceptical at first. After I read all the positive reviews in Trustpilot I felt better and made an order of a Nikon z8. The process was very easy and not complicated. I made the order and after 16 working days, I received the package. The Camera is in perfect un-opened condition and I feel fantastic that I bought almost 1500€ less than the current price in the shops.

Pedí mi Nikon p1100 un Sábado 8 de Agosto desde España y llegó un miércoles 19 de Agosto desde China. De Canon RF 200-800 is een fantastische lens, bijna 2 jaar geleden een tijdje gebruikt. Ik wilde deze toch weer hebben en na even zoeken, kwam ik op de website van Camerasdori. Ik verbaasde mij over de prijs. Eerst even onderzoek gedaan naar hun en toch maar besteld. Binnen de afgesproken tijd was de lens geleverd. En gewoon nieuw. Nu geen twijfels meer, dit wordt mijn "store to buy"!
