I was skeptical but decided to try the patches to see if it would help me sleep through the night. I was thrilled to say it helped immediately and for the last week have had 7 plus hours of restful sleep each night and no drowsiness when waking. Absolutely thrilled.

Absolutely amazing! Haven’t slept so well since using the sleep patches, my partner was surprised how well they worked for me and started using them too, not only do we sleep well but wake up feeling so refreshed and alert! Can’t recommend them enough.

I have bought heaps of sleeping aids online but nothing worked until I tried Myrestelle patches. Now for the first time something actually works. I wake up feeling refreshed and not hung over feeling like you do with sleeping pills. I gave some to my daughter who also swears by them.

I would like to begin this review by saying that I am a military veteran who has suffered from sleep disturbances for the past 20 years and I don’t normally leave reviews on things.

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I was browsing Facebook when I came across an ad for the sleep patches and I was at my wits end and I had not slept well in like three or four days, and I saw the ad which was marketed for Night Shift workers which I am. So I decided to buy them.

I have tried everything. Pharmaceuticals, supplemental, holistic, you name it. Nothing worked. So when I finally got these patches, I tried them out the first night and was completely blown away with the quality of sleep that I got.

I had not dreamt in months, but the very first night that I tried them. I had three very long vivid dreams, which I remembered well into waking.

For months, I’ve been dealing with attention issues and mood disturbances because I was always objectively exhausted and never getting any good sleep, but after trying these the next day, my mind seemed clear, and I was able to focus on things people were telling me, and my mood had improved literally overnight.

Also of note, the following morning , after trying these patches, I find myself able to get back to sleep easier and definitely more relaxed.

Since that first night, it has been night after night of good quality sleep. On the nights when it has not been perfect sleep, it has been because the patch rubbed off in my sleep at some point. So I do recommend a little medical tape to keep the patch in place.

Also, obviously still practice good sleep hygiene where possible, same sleep time every night, bathe before bed, cleanse the patch site before application etc.

If you are on the fence about trying these, I highly recommend them. You will not regret it.

The sleep patches are amazing. I often have trouble falling asleep and also staying asleep. I've been using the patches every night for about 3 weeks. With the patches, I fall asleep much faster without all the tossing and turning and my sleep is so peaceful. I now wake feeling so well rested. If I wake during the night for the bathroom I can go back to sleep straight way. I love these patches and highly recommend them. Also, the customer service is awesome.

I have been using the sleep patches now for 7 nights and I have been sleeping for 7 nights. Before I would lay awake for hours, not falling asleep, waking up frequently. Now I get a good 7 hours of sleep a night. This is the best product I have tried to help me fall asleep and stay asleep.

I regret buying this stuff. Complete waste of money. Didn't do anything for me. Don't buy it.

These patches are amazing. The sleep patch works so well, I'm calm and relaxed and sleeping much better. (The dreams are incredible). The mental focus patches have helped with the brain fog of menopause. Really highly recommend them.

I saw sleep improvement from the first few days. I wouldn't wake up so much during the night and I would have vivid dreams (to me that means I'm resting). I'm 2 weeks in so waiting for it to be better and better. I think I'm perimenopausal so it's not easy for anything to work since it's hormonal based but very happy so far!

I was sceptical about trying them but these sleep patches work great for me! I couldn't believe the first two nights that I tried them and for the first time in I don't know how long I didn't wake up through the night 2 or 3 times. They don't make a big difference in me actually getting to sleep - but definitely help with sleeping soundly through the night. I gave two patches to my brother in law to try as he gets to sleep easily but is constantly waking up and they worked brilliantly for him as well and now he is going to buy them himself. Delivery was slow (about two weeks) however I did get an unprompted email to reassure me that the package was on it's way. Very happy with the product.

The patches do nothing for me. I don't feel anything from them wonder if they are edible

Patches poor quality with such low dose and made from very thin patches with inadequate glue. Don’t buy, wouldn’t recommend, a waste of money.

The delivery was a bit of an issue but it was worth the wait. I was quite skeptical about the patches. My husband started using them first and he said it worked .
So I started and they work well. I used to wake up during the night but with the patch I get uninterrupted sleep for at least 6-7 hrs.

Being a medical workers having 12hours shift in NHS , these patchest helps me recover sleep and gives me good quality sleeps. I used to take tablets (melatonin) but I woke up like Im confused and got headache whenever I woke up in the middle of the night to used bathroom due to my age. These patch helps me to dose quickly as soon as I placed it on my left arm . I woke up feeling refresh ! And the weighless patch is also a good products for me , it diminish my cravings and started to lose weight , along side for being a a fit person and help me stabilised my blood sugar .(pre-diabetic stage ) Im glad that I had tried it because , I am quite hesitant to used but luckily , I am happy for the outcome . Share this experiences towards my colleague and start subscribing also .

Tablets usually irritate my stomach. The patches dont. And I am really sleeping so much better since I started using it.

I have been using these sleep patches for a few months. They have definitely improved my sleep pattern. I have been having sleep issues for a number of years and have tried many products with little or no success. These patches work most of the time to get me to sleep and give me a good number of hours 5/6 uninterrupted. I like a few have experienced a delivery issue but customer service from this company is excellent and are willing and keen to answer any questions and address issues efficiently.

Update following contact from the founder

I initially left a negative review because the sleep patches did not work for me and, after looking into the ingredients and science, I questioned the claims being made about them.

Since then, Ara, the founder, has contacted me personally and refunded me in full. This was not conditional on changing my review. I want to give credit where it is due: her customer service has been excellent, she has engaged openly with my questions and has been refreshingly candid rather than dismissive.

However, that conversation has actually confirmed my main concern about the product.

RESTELLE advertises its patch as containing 5mg melatonin delivered through the skin over approximately eight hours, and I have also seen advertising making specific claims about duration and absorption.

I asked Ara whether RESTELLE has independent permeation or pharmacokinetic testing on the finished patch demonstrating how much melatonin actually crosses the skin and the resulting blood concentrations. She confirmed that it currently does not.

I therefore remain uncomfortable with specific claims about absorption and an eight-hour effect without finished-product evidence demonstrating them.

I have genuine sympathy for a founder building a growing business, and my dealings with Ara have left me with a very positive impression of her personally. But I don’t think excellent customer service can substitute for evidence behind objective health-product claims.

I will give the remaining patches the longer trial Ara suggested and update this review again if my experience of the product changes and have improved my score to reflect the customer service standards.

The patches weren’t suitable for me because they contain valerian, but the customer service team was very responsive, and I was able to get a refund for my purchase.

I’m someone who always feels like there’s not enough time in the day, and I think that was making it harder for me to actually get to sleep. Their patches for sleep really helped me get those much needed hours of rest though. It was definitely a trust the process kind of thing, but I’m so glad I stuck with it.

I’ve been using them for a month now and still going strong. I usually put one on after a good ol bath and before starting my bedtime routine. I can definitely feel the sleepiness coming on, and it’s important not to fight it! I’ll be checking out the other patches soon!

I recently discovered restelle and was really curious about their NAD+ patches. After using them for a while, I’m pleasantly surprised. I have noticed that I have more energy and feel fitter throughout the day. I also feel like I can focus better. The patches are super easy to use too. I’m really happy with them and will definitely keep using them!
