Update following contact from the founder

I initially left a negative review because the sleep patches did not work for me and, after looking into the ingredients and science, I questioned the claims being made about them.

Since then, Ara, the founder, has contacted me personally and refunded me in full. This was not conditional on changing my review. I want to give credit where it is due: her customer service has been excellent, she has engaged openly with my questions and has been refreshingly candid rather than dismissive.

However, that conversation has actually confirmed my main concern about the product.

RESTELLE advertises its patch as containing 5mg melatonin delivered through the skin over approximately eight hours, and I have also seen advertising making specific claims about duration and absorption.

I asked Ara whether RESTELLE has independent permeation or pharmacokinetic testing on the finished patch demonstrating how much melatonin actually crosses the skin and the resulting blood concentrations. She confirmed that it currently does not.

I therefore remain uncomfortable with specific claims about absorption and an eight-hour effect without finished-product evidence demonstrating them.

I have genuine sympathy for a founder building a growing business, and my dealings with Ara have left me with a very positive impression of her personally. But I don’t think excellent customer service can substitute for evidence behind objective health-product claims.

I will give the remaining patches the longer trial Ara suggested and update this review again if my experience of the product changes and have improved my score to reflect the customer service standards.

Never heard of this company before, they delivered my oven and no complaints at all - excellent communication, Florin rang me 20 min before arrival and the chaos brought the oven inside. 10/10

I was apprehensive about booking as I’d read horror stories about people checking in, the hotel not having a record of their booking and nobody being contactable at SFL, so I emailed the hotel ahead of travel to confirm they were expecting me.

No need as everything was in order and I need not have worried.

I received plenty of emails confirming my stay and my booking reference.

However I cannot comment on the customer services if someone does have an issue, as I didn’t have any problems with my trip

What a lovely company, I’d contacted so many others and been quoted double and even triple what these guys quoted.

Professional. Fast communication. Did what they said they do when they said they’d do it. Got them on speed dial now for every future DIY project!

Discovered on an IG advert and it’s the best site I’ve found in ages. Spent £35 on a delivery that would cost me at least twice that price anywhere else. Delivery was fairly priced too and arrived quick.

Yes it is short dated but that doesn’t bother me at all, and if it saves food going to landfill then it’s even better. Will be ordering many more times - thankyou!

I had an issue with the socks I bought, they smelled bad after wearing. The owner reached out to me, genuinely concerned about why this had happened. The smell went away after a few washes and it appears to just have been a random bad batch, but the owner of the business Jonny emailed me multiple times to check on the problem and sorted it out himself. What a great British brand with great values, I’ll now be ordering many more pairs and buying some for gifts too for my crossfit friends

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. A few months ago there seemed no apparent way of withdrawing my cash back to the bank (I’ve since read this was a fault at the time) I found in the FAQs a set of instructions on how to withdraw money to yourself and it told me to type “myself” in the transfer. I did this as instructed and it sent my money to some unknown user who had called his account “myself”

Wirex simple replied by saying “you’re responsible for checking the details of who you send it to” - errr it wasn’t a mistake, I was following your instructions on how to get my own money out of the exchange!

Now contacting the FCA (as fiat currency is protected) and looking to issue legal proceedings.

It wasn’t a huge amount of money but that’s not the point.

Terrible customer service. Hot tub due 30th May (tomorrow) but being as it’s now Bank Holiday until 1st June and I’ve had no dispatch notice I’m guessing it isn’t coming? Have emailed - no reply. They’ve disabled their reviews on Facebook AND disabled their comments on all Facebook and Instagram posts (not a good sign at all) Think I’d better cancel the order and repair my MSpa liner instead as I’m not hopeful the product will even work properly if and when it does arrive based on the reviews left on here about faulty products. God knows why they’re posting about hiring a new social media supervisor - they need a customer services team instead. Tip - you’re spending a lot of time and effort on PR and marketing, try putting some of that budget into customer service because you’re going to lose a lot more from all these reviews that’ll stay indexed forever than you’re going to gain from the marketing

Decided to try a pair of Adapt dark grey leggings after seeing the ads, I usually buy Gymshark high waisted Dry range but they’re quite pricey and rarely on offer so thought I’d give these a try. Absolutely love them! So much so I went back and got two more pairs in light grey and red.

The waistband doesn’t move at all, very firm material and I’ve washed them a couple of tiles and they keep their shape.

Waiting for a matching top when they come into stock. I’m a covert now and will be sticking with the Adapt range over Gymshark (please bring out lots of new colours like pale pink and purple! I need a whole 7 day range!)
