Hello MoneyMotion Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical bug that is preventing me from completing the onboarding process and submitting my required documents.

Issue: After uploading my identity documents on the onboarding page, I click "Submit Documents" and receive the following error every time:

RPC defect in OnboardingSubmitRequestedDocuments: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

Steps I have already tried:

Refreshing the page and re-uploading the documents multiple times
Using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
Uploading files of different sizes and formats (JPG, PNG, PDF)
Logging out and logging back in
Current situation: I am completely locked out of the dashboard — the only page I can access is the document upload page. I cannot navigate anywhere else on the platform.

This appears to be a server-side bug on your end, as the error occurs consistently regardless of what file I upload or which browser I use.

Please fix this issue or manually process my documents so I can proceed with onboarding.

Bought a product using my credit card, it said the card was declined, but my account still got charged. Tried again and the same happened.
Still didnt receive the product and didnt get my money back, its been almost a week now.

They're scammers. Take $120 deposit and you'll never get it even after stop using them. I had been using them for years. Until last year they scammed me over $500. Than upgraded to "v2" never got my money from the original account. Same thing happened with V2. I switched to Whop after getting scammed time and time again by Moneymotion now my account sitting with money that im still unable to get. They claim to "automatically move" to your wallet after a couple of months its been 5 months still not receiving my money after the update. So currently ive lost over $700 with these scammers. They keep saying to contact support and support will reach out via email the next day. I been waiting for a response for over 4 months now. My email is Luposmodzyt at. gmail im putting it here so they cant say they "didnt see it". At this moment in time even Sellauth refuse to work with them due to the fact theyre known to scamming users. If youre reading this because you want to use Moneymotion DONT! They will scam you.

My payout date was pushed back, and I've been contacting live support, but I've been ignored for almost two weeks. I'm expecting a response!

Been using them for quite some time now and honestly these last 6 months have shown tremendous improvement, even as far as the support being solid and actually responding and getting stuff done for me now and in a timely manner aswell.

Stay away from MoneyMotion. I requested an instant withdrawal, and it sat pending for over 20 hours before they changed the status to “Failed.” I never got my money back, and it’s been over a day.

And that’s not even all, my $120 deposit from V1 still hasn’t been paid out, and it’s been 9 months with no response. Support doesn’t answer either. This whole situation is genuinely insane.

Moneymotion isn't sending my $150 eth payout. Although I've only had this issue before with a $1020 btc payout, after 2 weeks of waiting they've sent me the money. Now its been 4 weeks and they stopped replying in the live chat aswell this week. I've gotten the payout from today but I still want to get this one that's due from the beginning of may

I didnt receive my 120$ security deposit v1 its been over year and half already they dont answer live prob they exit scam dont trust anymore they answer most people to contact through live chat but they dont even answer us

Their live support is terrible. For days, they’ve only been sending automated replies through a cron job scheduled at the same hour. They might be scammers, I’m not sure, but the support is absolutely nonexistent.

Flat out scam. Refrained from writing this review to see if they will pay me out, but it has been a month not a single charge back, and they are refusing to pay me out. I have not received a single pay out, then they set my store as inactive as another excuse to not pay out, no other platform does this. Why would i keep selling on your platform if i haven't received a single payout, we are talking about 400$ btw, they cannot even afford to pay that out, flat out scam, Support does not answer and when they do its useless, ill change my review when my money is payed out. If you guys did legit business you would make more in the long run, greed.

2. This week I did get recieve my payout from my sales. . I have 850$ available funds but „next payout“ shows 0$, and this week says automatic payment disablede im using multiple months moneymotion how he can disable i want enable my payments

I dont understand why I‘m getting ignored and not recieving an answer.

My account is fully verified, I was using moneymotion for multiple months with over 25.000$ Volume, but now I assume they disabled my payouts?

I want my payout and I want to know what is happening. And When will I finally get my securty deposit from V1..

This website is totally a SCAM. Stay completely away from this site.
I bought something through the MoneyMotion.io website. The money was deducted from my credit card, but I received an error on the MoneyMotion payment page. I searched but couldn't even find a contact information to tell this. There isn’t even a single contact detail available.

Edit: I sent an email 10 days ago, but I haven’t received any response or refund.

My payouts were disabled during an account review. I submitted the requested proof, followed up several times, and still got no clear resolution. Support responses were slow and repetitive, and my funds remain unavailable. Very frustrating experience.
