Hi Roy, we’re sorry to hear about this, and we want to provide clarity to support you. Though we don’t have support up and running in Norwegian at the moment, we’d be more than happy to assist in English. Stripe is a payments processor that works with businesses to help them accept payments through their websites, apps, and stores. If you see a charge from us on your credit card statement, it’s possible that you've purchased something from a business that uses Stripe and the business itself wasn’t reflected on the description of your bank statement.
While we’re unable to issue a refund on behalf of a business, you can use our secure charge lookup tool to help you locate more details about the business and reach out to them directly. If you are unable to get in touch with the business, they are unresponsive, or you believe the business might be fraudulent, reach out to your banks. They may have recommendations for how to proceed, such as opening a dispute.
