We have had a wonderful experience with InterServer. There support is amazing! Our resent experience with Sajan Samuel was great. One of our clients had a website down, and he got them back up in a timely manner. His professionalism and communication was GREAT! You can't go wrong with InterServer.

Interserver.net TECH Support is the BEST. Whenever I have a question they are quick to reply with an accurate answer. I'm not a tech person myself and they even helped create a database I needed along with installing a related client app. Their customer service is amazing. My website uptime has been 100%. Never an issue there. And their hosting prices are amazing too. I migrated to Interserver.net from that host that starts with "GO....." I'm so happy I made the change. I want to recognize the InterServer support team for their outstanding professionalism and dedication. A client of mine was having trouble with his website not loading, and the InterServer team continued troubleshooting the issue over multiple days without complaint.

They stayed patient, responsive, and focused on finding the cause. In the end, we discovered the real issue was that the client had let the domain expire one day earlier. Even though the problem was not caused by InterServer, their support team still put in the time and effort to help resolve it.

Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service were excellent. I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation and highly recommend InterServer support.

VM's are very, very stable. Also incredibly low-priced.

Only thing I'd like to see is firewall rules so that it can only accept incoming connections from my home IP.

Fast live support is the reason I am switching everything over to InterServer. I am currently wanting to rework a live site I have hosted elsewhere, and wanted to use WP behind the scenes to test etc. before repointing DNS to InterServer. I was having an access issue to WP on the temp address, but Saranya quicly figured out where I went wrong and got me back on track. The other company was more difficult to reach and it took a while, which prompted my search that led to InterServer.

I had an issue with malware that was widespread and caused disruption. The interserver team responded quickly and helped me through the process of identifying the issues and restoring my account with a backup. Every request I had was handled promptly and efficiently. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was clear, smooth, and tailored to my needs. Unlike my experiences with other companies, there were no delays, no miscommunication, and no hidden surprises.

I purchased a VPS hosting with DirectAdmin control panel, but found a problem connecting to it. The response by the staff was prompt and helpful, mostly with "Sajan Samuel", in a ticket of about 20 messages until the problem was solved. Appreciate their effort.

The server ran out of memory resource and had to upgrade to the next plan. However, the most amazing thing is that the support response was unbelievably fast. They are very response and highly recommend this service for a cost effective hosting.

I've been using Interserver for over 6 years, and they're truly always there with their support and initiative to help. I'm happy about that and hope they continue to progress.

I've been with InterServer for years, hosting my VPS. What I appreciate the most is their customer service, which can be hit or miss with hosting companies. But here they are super responsive and helpful. Most recently, I and one of my clients were getting deluged by "Typosquatting‑based brand impersonation spam"... The messages from "WaiMart" and "0maha Steaks" and "Club Sams" that would come in one after another throughout the day. They worked with me, doing the heavy lifting, and after a day or so, it was they flicked off the spam switch. So far, no spam messages have gotten through, including ones I got on a tolerable level before the Great Spam Deluge of 2026. And looking in my spam folder, no false positives have been filtered out yet. Spammers are good at cracking the code and will eventually break through, but today I am ecstatic and happy to post this.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there's always room for improvement. Don't want to give them egos.

BTW, on separate issues in the past (usually mail related), sometimes the owner of InterServer has even chimed in with answers or fixes. I don't know if he does that for everyone, but I know he has done it for me.

The support has always been fast and correct. This was no exception. Seven minutes and I've got what I needed, with no bothersome AI questionnaire.

The second problem was handled just as well, but it took longer. Major fixes, and you know it was the customer (me) that screwed up.

Any time over a couple of years, the support has always been great.

The support staff at Interserver is responsive and helpful. Much appreciated.

The support was quick to first answer and to perform the actions required and to give me feedback in time.

I had a core infrastructure issue on my shared node, and the technical support team (especially Rahul and Fasal) did an amazing job tracking it down. They provided a transparent root-cause analysis and successfully stabilized the server by switching to kernel-lts. Exceptional technical expertise and dedication to resolving client issues. Highly recommended!
