Server completely down, unable to connect, and refusal to admit it. Lost thousands of dollars because of them and they will not honor SLA
Edit, after 2 hours of downtime, connection restored and 10% of my monthly fee done as part of SLA. I just feel that the status page should be updated because it took me an hour just to get someone to tell me it was an issue.

Been with these guys almost 20 years. Best tech support and prices for webhosting I've ever found.

It's been 24 hours I have created this VPS but have not been able to setup completely due to issues. Here are the issues I am facing after paying.
1. Server wasn't responding, ssh connection failing for hours.
2. No ipv6 setup completed event after creating ticket and agent confirming the same.
3. Timezone change on the UI doesn't work. I set the timezone, machine restarted but still UTC

All these things are available on other VPS providers like Lightsail, DigitalOcean as soon as you create the machine but here it's a struggle. Support doesn't respond, even if they confirm on something, it still doesn't work.

All they care about is payment, and after they got the payment, they don't care about customer.

junk service suspended my account and I lost my account without any reason ...worst hosting ever... pathetic people don't even reply to tickets. Call support guys says they don't even now what to do

I've used web hosting companies since the late 90s and InterServer provided the best support service I've ever experienced! Right away they handled a very difficult migration for me successfully. AND that included a challenging migration of Wordpress at no extra charge!

I first worked with Sandra, She was wonderfully capable and showed a level of compassion and good-heartedness that you don't always expect to find in tech support. I recall there were some challenging moments and she took them in stride, showing great tenacity combined with expert skills when things were at their most difficult. And she always made an effort to keep me posted on whatever was going on. My situation was challenging in terms of migrating a lot of different tricky file situations onto their site, but all their expert staff took on the challenge with dedication. Beyond what I expected!

When I did get a chance to interact with Fasal Muhammed and Akshay, they were both also wonderfully caring, truly terrific, and also exceptionally skilled handling every glitch that came along - which made the total experience so amazing. Since we were on a different time zone when they were working, I didn't get a chance to interact with them very much directly. But throughout the process, I was aware it was like a relay race—I could tell they were each doing everything they could to keep the momentum going. And everyone made me feel like my website (with years and years of web pages of family and projects) truly mattered because of the special attention they gave at every single step.

InterServer doesn't publicize themselves the way other web hosting companies do, which is unfortunate. Their dedication and expertise and availability of skilled staff to assist customers makes them stand out. While AI can offer some powerful benefits I've appreciated in other situations, I did not find them to be reliable when used by other web hosting companies as a substitute for the hands-on expert staff InterServer makes available 24-7.

AND InterServer not only offers extremely low rates but their rates remain low after the initial introductory period - while other web hosting renewal rates often skyrocket to the moon. And I assume that they can do that because they don't spend a lot of money on advertising. Instead they evidently focus on providing the best web hosting services.

And, in summary, what has made it so terrific is the teamwork of Sandra, Fasal Muhammed, and Akshay - with each playing a major role in making the migration into a smooth inspiring experience with InterServer. And that has been an additional major benefit because at times, migrating with other web services has been an unnerving, time-consuming, miserable trial. And when you consider how essential dependable web hosting is in the lives of many of us, they each uniquely deserve web hosting halos in my estimation. And it is a very positive reflection on InterServer that they're able to operate such as an exemplary web hosting company with such great staff.

I have been with Interserver.net for many years now and have found the service reliable. When at times I have needed help with the many aspects of their service, they are quick to respond and fix any issues quickly too. Not only are their pricing more than reasonable it's reliable. I could go on and on with accolades but if you are thinking of an Internet service provider just try them>>>>

The pricing is very reasonable, but unfortunately my VPS has experienced frequent downtime and connectivity issues. This is frustrating for production websites and services that require reliable uptime.

The price is good, but I hope InterServer can improve server stability and uptime.

I have to say, from first hand experience, my former host went from great to horrible and I was stuck with higher fees and lower quality. I started small with Interserver to make sure it was the right move for all of my clients. Everything turned out great. I decided to move every domain, every client using various hosting platforms they offer. They are quick with support. Usually within an hour but not always. They NEVER take days to respond.

They offer so many great services often already included in your hosting. I am just amazed how great they have been. I can register domains quickly, order a hosting package FAST and I couldn't be happier. Their prices are fair too. Great value.

If you got stuck with a dud host service that turned to crap like my old host provider, I strongly encourage you to give Interserver a try. Maybe start small like I did to make sure.

I am now doing ALL of my web hosting services with Interserver and I am soooooo happy. You should be too.

InterServer support has been awesome so far!

I opened a new account today for cPanel shared hosting and support was very helpful getting my initial failed attempts at SFTP and SSH logins straightened out. It was great to know they take security seriously when I tripped their failed login safeguards and got blocked.
But Prak C. on overnight support got my IP whitelisted and removed the blocks.

If you're lucky enough to get Prak via ticket or email, you're all set!

If you have a non-profit, you may be enticed by the free hosting service. But beware. When your site has a problem, it may be because of the LiteSpeed server, security software, or some other issue. Whatever it is, your site will be down, and you can wait. What is a reasonable wait when your site is broken? 8 hours, 24, 72? If it isn't down, just not serving the sitemap or something that makes the site blind, then even more. Be careful before you choose. If we had made a more informed choice about the service and equipment, we would have gone another direction. Switching hosting is a mess that we have concluded is necessary.

Great customer panel, great support, great server and host. No have email problems here, many services are great prices
