Viktor turned a 5th grade teacher into a programmer. Use Amazon as a customer service model.
In fairness, Viktor started out as a cousin to Jace AI. Jace AI is a fantastic tool, so I took a chance on Viktor because I knew nothing about slack. Turns out it's real impact went WAY above slack for me. It built my entire 501 (c)(3) ecosystem on the web, and set up systems that made this one man show sustainable until I was able to find help.
From a technological standpoint, Viktor was an enigma for me. I am a fifth grade teacher, not a programmer. Yet, I have an ecosystem now that (is FAR from perfect) but is professional, functionable and EXACTLY WHAT I WANT. This is the key for me.
At this point, I feel like its an industry standard to jump out with the sale. I was on another site today, where I was given 11 free credits to work with, and was not allowed to do anything with them until I was a paying member. Viktor is FAR better than this, that I can say for sure.
Viktor is growing. They've expanded to TEAMS, and just received a significant investment. Unfortunately with that, I will say that the personal touch is almost gone. When they were small, they were far more receptive and accessible. Now, some of it feels corporate and I hate that. Blaming it on growth isn't necessarily an excuse because Amazon's customer service is amazing, and they are one of the biggest companies on Earth. Some of the interactions with a few people on the support team have become tiring, and I am sure they feel the exavt same way about me.
Use it for the free $100 - That's the equivalent to a pretty decent sized project. I think you will see the magic it can create pretty quickly.
