In theory it’s amazing. In reality though there is almost no support - I’ve had a glitch in my second day and no one responds to help fix it so it’s just sitting there unable to be used. Will remove it. Shame as had high hopes

Neutonic is fantastic - tastes great, wakes me up like a coffee but with none of the shaky/anxiety type feelings I usually get when I drink caffeine. Highly recommend.

AVOID: Whilst you may be tempted to switch to these guys because of their cheaper premiums, the actual customer service and their ability to pay out on claims is terrible. It’s been over three months now (June) since we made a simple claim for an injury our cat sustained (never been injured, we have full receipts and info from the vet etc that we provided). The claim has been listed as “processing” ever since. I’ve tried to call several times (no one ever answers), have emailed 4 times now requesting information and to make a formal complaint and am now writing this review as a last resort as not sure what else to do other than to warn as many people as possible not to use this company. I was previously with Petplan and switched - wish I never did and advise anyone reading this to stay with their existing insurer!
