i went routine hearing test as i was concerned at my age i might have hearing loss it wad great from start to finish much less inteusive as i had imagined very professional wxoerience really glad i went to get tested

Everything about the experience from the pre assessment through to discharge couldn't fault anyone.
All really friendly and helpful. Mr Smith my surgeon was friendly and professional at the same time
All nurses and physio great.
Even the cooks go out of their way to help.
Plus the porter who took me safely to the car. Thankyou everyone.

Decided to book myself in for earwax remover heat and the best thing I’ve done in a while. Feel so much better with them, Rachel and Lucy are very lovely and welcoming. I would 100% recommend them.

Dee is a miracle person. She is efficient. Feels very safe and experienced. A joy to come and see her. I wish she was my friend. Uplifting personality. And most of all perfect results every time with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Had my hearing aid's for about 5 weeks now grainger st newcastle upon tyne NE15JF the service i got off a lady called Nok's was friendy warm welcome i have a few problem's adjusting to them but i had help off the lady and i have told just to come in and she will help me very professional highly recommend

I visited Audika Maidstone and was given excellent service. The receptionist Caren tried to fix the problem but had to hand it on to Samantha who not only fixed the problem but also checked my ear wax and changed both filters in each hearrig aid. Both membeers of staff were extremely obliging and helpful.

Megan is a wonderful person and she did great getting some horrible wax out of my ear. Xx

Hassan has been really helpful, He is very pleasant and easy to get on with. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, patient and understanding (and an attractive man). I highly recommend him, me and my partner walked in today, he was totally deaf and Hassan provided a thorough test diagnosing him precisely and providing the best solution, he was fitted with his new aids straight away and he can now hear me!

The service provided by Emma was exceptional.

It is a pleasure to visit the Sevenoaks branch. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ana provides good helpful advice and excellent technical support. The whole thing is a credit to your business.

From my first visit right through to purchasing and follow up visits I could not have had better service.
The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.

Michael Riley at the Newcastle store is AMAZING! Took my mom there who has been a client for years and Michael is understanding, compassionate and incredibly professional. Without doubt one of the most impressive health professionals I’ve ever met.

I don’t normally right reviews - Hidden Hearing have looked after my dads hearing aids for years which my dad purchased - He know he’s mixed dementia and in a care home - yearly he has a hearing aid inspection - which hidden hearing now ring me to arrange a date and time - they sent Emma to visit dad to test and check over the hearing aids and working correctly - Emma rang me before the visit and on the day to confirm the appointment - she also helped me to order the correct size dome's via the internet - would highly recommend the Stafford branch and Emma was highly professional and very caring with my dad - 5 star review -

Although I was pleased with the service offered and the ease of getting appointments, I feel let down over ongoing issues regarding the hearing aid set-up. Noteably the downloaded App which is failing on a daily bases, to which Amplifon, have failed to rectify. Not what you expect when spending £4000.
