Sahar was very helpful and fixed the problem with the hearing aid in no time and with great expertise.

Every month when I come to collect my child’s medication from the Boots prescription collection point, I end up waiting around 30 minutes, even when I’m only second or third in the queue.

There are two collection stations, but usually only one is staffed. Meanwhile, the queue keeps getting longer, and there seems to be little urgency to help customers more efficiently.

This is especially frustrating when people are collecting essential medication. Boots really needs to improve staffing at busy times and reduce these excessive waiting times. This issue has been happening consistently every month and needs to be addressed.

I had an email notification that my insurance for my hearing aids was due on Tuesday 21 July. I wanted to cancel it as they are already covered in my house insurance.
When I spoke to their adviser, I was told I couldn’t cancel without 4 months notice! Crazy!
I have t contact them I Apr/May to cancel!
WHAT A RIP OFF!
I will certainly not renew and will advise anyone NOT to use them!!!

Hearing test at Knutsford Boots by mobile audiologist Alison Hurst .
Alison listened to my concerns over sudden hearing loss.
Despite it being booked as a simple hearing test, Alison went the extra mile and did an extra test to see where the problem lay so that I could inform my GP. I’m very grateful and impressed by the service and the up to date technology.

James was very thorough how he proceeded with the hearing test and explained everything in detail

Today I went into to your branch in Wolverhampton to have my wax filters changed in my Phonak Audeo 190-R hearing aids which I have had done many times without a charge. Today I was told that I have to buy filters from Boots to have them renewed in store. I find after spending £3K+ on my hearing aids it is strange that you stop giving a free service that was very helpfull to a 84yr old person.
