Instant delivery as promised, the vps I ordered is super stable and meets my expectation, will most likely move more workloads in alphavps on the next few months

AlphaVPS provided me with superior hardware specifications at a rate incomparable anywhere onthe market. I searched far and wide though practically every other VPS provider was too expensive for the same hardware, out of balance for my needs (favoring high RAM, more storage than needed, too few or many vCPU's, etc.) or limited availability.

AlphaVPS credentials were sent within 10 minutes of signing up and I immediately began staging transfer and scaling of my live production platform. In under 24 hours, I fully deployed my server fleet and scaled from one in-house server to three hosted instances at one fixed yearly rate. I told other VPS/Dedicated users the specs and they said, "Are you sure it is a VPS? They don't offer Ryzen 9900X. Are you sure it is not bare metal? VPS only offer EPYC!" I sent them a screenshot of SSH with lscpu and responded, "Are you sure?" They still tried to defend their position of disbelief.

Customer service was helpful and available when needed.

The one improvement I highly recommend is for AlphaVPS to provide user-managed tools to increase vCPU, RAM, or storage directly from the dashboard, even it would require an approval process and instant provision.

As of 07.29.2026, I am 2.5 weeks into deployment. I experienced one brief transient blip on the server which caused disconnects to the end-users. However, the service was still live. I cannot confirm if this was a brief disruption on AlphaVPS, on the server the host is running, or related to a large-scale internet outage. In total, it lasted 30 - 60 seconds.

I also recommend dark mode on the AlphaVPS dashboard.

Keep up the good work, Alpha. Serve the customers well with price, performance, and add a few upgrade/downgrade options to balance and provision a system that is *just right* for the end-user, not too high or low in specs, and you will have more customers than you know what to do with.

I have been with AlphaVPS since around pandemic times, probably around 2020. They are well-known in the hosting industry and it was my first choice and generally first provider I chose when I started to self-hosting my apps. Servers have got very high uptime, I only reboot them after security updates/patches. Throughout those years, I have only had a few relatively short downtime periods, which were very quickly fixed.

Ticket answer is usually very fast (probably under an hour on average) and guys are knowledgeable.

Once I had ordered a custom dedi in Bulgaria I think, which is where Alpha is based and it was literally set up within an hour.

I think Alpha has slightly moved away from low-end, budget hosting but if you are looking for production grade provider - please consider Alpha.

My experience with AlphaVPS has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a server, I was suddenly forced to complete a KYC verification process that was not clearly disclosed before the purchase. I provided all requested information and completed the KYC process, yet my verification was rejected without any proper explanation or valid reason.

I contacted support to understand why my KYC was rejected and also asked a simple question: Is this KYC requirement mandatory for every customer using AlphaVPS services? Instead of providing a professional explanation or trying to help, Alex Barakov chose to close my ticket without properly answering my questions.

This is not how a serious hosting provider should treat paying customers. Taking payment first, then blocking access through an unclear verification process, and refusing to provide transparency when questioned is an unacceptable customer experience.

The way Alex Barakov handled this situation was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of willingness to assist a customer. A support representative should solve problems and provide answers, not simply shut down communication when faced with valid questions.

Because of AlphaVPS's lack of transparency regarding KYC and the poor support experience I received from Alex Barakov, I cannot recommend this company. Anyone considering using AlphaVPS should be aware that they may face similar issues after making a purchase.

Very good VPS Service they offer , I use it as vpn and the disk cpu speed it can sustain over 1 Gbps speed .
For the price you get very good performance , clean ips but weird geo located ips but nevertheless the network speed is truly 10 Gbps on the cheapest plan you can reach on the machine 5 Gbps speeds .
Costumer service replies fast , but hopefully it's not an 1man show of the "CEO "
Their downtime in Dallas is quite worrying and they had no spare hardware for the costumers .

I have been client of AlphaVPS for quite while, finding them randomly on the internet. Despite initial distrust, I landed with them as my main provider for hosting services. Their prices are reasonable in these trying times, response times are quick. What I value most that during my venture with this provider, there was little to no downtime. I can fully recommend for small starting business which need to get online, and doesn't want to get broke about it. (With their affordable solutions, it's good even for hobbyist which want to try out, what it is like to have linux server).

I think the support is excellent. I had an issue with IPv6 and they did not hesitate to switch to a better server. Every time I asked for support they have helped me a lot. It is not like "You are on your own", even if the problem is not solvable they try the best to help you with other workaround. And the prices are very affordable.

The folks at AlphaVPS are killing it. Very affordable, powerful VPS with good geography options, and top-of-the-game support that has always left me happy to keep spending my money with them. You can tell it's a labor of love, and I love that about them. Keep it up!

I bought a VPS for 1 month by cryptocurrency and they constantly asked for my verification details and even though I completed all the fields they were continuously saying you are using a VPN and we will ban your account. I told them to refund my money they say that as written in ToS it is not possible so they suspend my service without even giving back the money. They don't verify before payments and they let you get the service, afterwards they start asking for your KYC otherwise they will suspend it.

Great hosting provider. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and haven't had a single downtime except for announced maintenances on the network. Support replies fast and is helpful. Gladly recommend AlphaVPS.

I've been hosting an OwnCloud instance with them for a few years now, never had any issue and the pricing is really affordable
