Når jeg leser andmeldelsene her inne så skjønner jeg at jeg ikke er alene. Har spilt på Norsk tipping i veldig mange år, kan si det sånn at på nesten 20 år har jeg vunnet Max 4000 i slengen. Dette skjer svært sjelden. I 20 år har Max grense vært maxet ut nesten hver måned, det er samme algoritme samme vinn hver eneste gang (samme automat). Har også klaget på at fra den 1 hver måned så begynner spillene å hoppe,. Det er rett å slett umulig å vinne.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I raised an issue regarding a competition where I won 11,000 NOK. The terms did not clearly state that the prize would be paid as bonus funds, which I find misleading.

Since then, the situation has only gotten worse. Customer support is not addressing my actual questions. Instead, they keep repeating the same generic response about the game working correctly, which is completely irrelevant to my complaint.

They are ignoring key questions about:
- Why the competition prize was not clearly disclosed as bonus funds
- Why I am unable to access the game
- Why I am still not receiving proper assistance

I have now been unable to access the game for weeks, and despite repeatedly reporting this, I am still not receiving any meaningful help.

It feels like the case is being deliberately delayed instead of properly investigated.

What makes this even more concerning is that they appear to have updated the competition terms in a later competition, yet they still refuse to answer my questions about the original one. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

They respond publicly here claiming they will help, but in reality nothing happens. It appears to be for appearance only.

I expected a reputable and trustworthy casino, but this experience has been the opposite. At this point, I feel ignored, misled, and very poorly treated as a customer. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I won 11,000 in a competition, and nowhere in the rules or terms was it clearly stated that the prize would be paid as bonus funds rather than real, withdrawable money. I participated in good faith believing I was competing for real money, only to later discover that the winnings were issued as bonus funds with wagering requirements. There is a huge difference between bonus money and real money, and this should be clearly disclosed in the competition rules.

The situation became even more frustrating when I tried to meet the wagering requirements. I experienced restrictions that prevented me from continuing to play the game needed to complete the wagering. I have now been unable to access the game for six days.

During this time I have contacted support several times to report that I am blocked, but I have not received any meaningful help or resolution.

I originally believed this casino was reputable and trustworthy, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I sincerely hope the casino will review this situation and resolve it fairly, because right now the experience feels misleading and very poorly handled.
