I placed an order over a month ago, and the order status is still unchanged. The promised delivery date has not been respected, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I have not received any clear information or solution.
Most of the time, you are dealing with a bot that provides no useful assistance. A human customer service representative is apparently only available from 5 PM CET.
Even when you finally manage to speak to someone, the response is always the same: “I’ll check with my team and get back to you.” And then you’re left waiting again, with no concrete update.
At this point, I still have no clear information about when my order will actually be shipped or delivered. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.

Anna, thank you for writing this, and I'm sorry, you're right about most of it.
Your order should have shipped well inside the window we promised, and it didn't. When you asked whether it would arrive in time, you got accurate answers but no one acted on them. When you asked us to cancel, our assistant quoted a policy that shouldn't apply to an unshipped order this close to its delivery date, and a chat that should have reached a person didn't. You had to ask four times. That is a failure on our side, not yours.
Here is where it stands: your order was cancelled and refunded in full to your original card on 4 September, with a bank reference number. You should see it within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. If it hasn't appeared by then, reply to the email we've just sent and it will come to me directly, not to a queue.
On the hours: our phone team is in the US, which is why live help starts late afternoon your time. Chat and email are staffed earlier, but in your case they didn't do their job. I'm using your experience to change how our assistant handles cancellation requests on late, unshipped orders.
I understand why "scam" felt like the right word after a month of waiting. The refund is real, and I am reaching out via email and would welcome the chance to earn a different one.
