Joining the Change team felt like the perfect opportunity to work on meaningful transformations, learn from brilliant people, and challenge myself in a new environment." Why I Stayed: "The work is always evolving, which keeps me learning, thinking differently, and pushing myself. There’s always a new challenge around the corner, and I love that I’ve had the space to grow and take my career in directions I didn’t necessarily expect.
