To clarify, the £7 you refer to is made up of two separate charges: the £3 standard delivery charge, which applies to orders under our £40 free delivery threshold, and the £4 fee for using our prepaid returns label when returning an item for a refund.

These charges and the available return options are explained on our website before purchase. Customers are also welcome to return items using their own postal service if they prefer, and we do offer free exchanges for anyone wishing to swap for a different size, colour or alternative item.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible once a return has been received and inspected. After a refund has been issued by us, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your payment provider.
