They are scammers, I called and the customer care was trying to make me make a payment immediately even when I told her I was outside and needed to take my time to make payment, instead of understanding and letting me do my thing in my own free will, rather she is suggesting other ways for me to quickly make payment. Scam is written all over that conversation.

I will be passing on this email to CITB and CSCS as I feel that I've been scammed.
I've paid to date

£60 on the 1st September
£65 on the 2nd of September
£96 on the 12th of September
And £60 yesterday, all for a CSCS card which cost £36 pounds and HSE test which costs £22.50.
How can you justify your fees?

DO NOT order from this website.
It appears first in the list for an internet search for CSCS and the information on the website is misleading. They charge double what it would cost to go to the official CSCS site and are unresponsive if you request a refund.

I secured my cscs red temporary card via your construction certification the process was pretty simple I filled up the online application and Submitted my curb testing I’d just that simple I got my card delivered via post in 6 days. Pretty happy with their services.

i have hired their service thinking it was a legitimate government website not a third party, in 30 minutes i have written to them requesting a refund as i was deceived by their color scheme that resembles official websites, this was on a sunday, a day in which the company did not operate therefore my refund request was there before ANYTHING was done, with tons of delay they have responded to me that they were taking their fee in full and ahead of time and if i wanted to proceed with the refund it would be just the 34£ (that is the only fee you should be paying when applying for the license on the official government website) that alone shows they did NOTHING and want EVERYTHING, customer support is slow and useless, AVOID ITS A SCAM

I initially had no idea, how to get to work in the construction site as therr are so many requirements to get the cscs card. But thankfully, they helped me out with everything at one place.
I think that is worth the service charges instead of me trying to find different products at different sites.
