My issue with Valor goes far beyond a delayed refund.

I received a product and discovered a problem with the COA documentation associated with it. What followed was roughly two weeks of trying to get clear answers about testing, lot information, and when the documentation was actually generated.

Eventually, I contacted the testing laboratory myself to independently verify what I was being told. A customer should not have to contact a third-party laboratory to verify a vendor’s explanation about the testing documentation for a product they already purchased.

What concerns me most is not that a mistake happened. Mistakes happen. It is how long it took to get answers, how much investigating I had to do myself, and what I learned in the process.

A refund was eventually offered. As of August 30, I have not received it.

In this space, trust depends heavily on transparency and documentation. My experience left me with neither.

Whatever they are selling, is not what it is supposed to be. I should only be on .25 of the trizeptide, ended up doubling my dose the second week with absolutely no effects from either dose, 3rd week doubled again- nothing.

Customer service is excellent and patient. I came to them angry and frustrated. They handled it completely professionally, kind and solved my issue. They have a repeat customer in me. Look no further than Valor!

I’ve been debating using peptides for the longest time but decided to give them a try. I am very skeptical of supplements other forms of similar medicine but I must say I am very impressed with how my cycle has been going with this product.
