Didn’t receive item tracking says delivered

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this site. I was intrigued by an insta ad I saw so I ordered a hat. It never arrived and dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Numerous back and forth emails with no resolve or progress. Each email (5 back and forth with them!) was asking me to do the same things, even after I did them (check with your neighbors, talk to your local post office, confirm your address. etc). They admit no fault, wouldn't give me a refund or resend a hat. I'm out $30, no hat. Not a huge deal, but it was such a negative and frustrating experience I had to warn others.

Quality is okay. Product looks a lot better in the advertise. Not a wow but okay.

Didn't receive my product and they refused to issue a refund or send me a replacement. Had to take matters to my bank. No signatures or pictures to prove package arrived. Terrible customer service. Don't order from!

You are already asking for feedback on a product I’ve yet to receive. I get it takes awhile coming from overseas but to ask about your product before it’s delivered is very shady.

**Very disappointing experience with Uptopco**

My experience with Uptopco has been extremely disappointing.

From what I can see, Uptopco appears to be little more than an **AliExpress dropshipping store**, selling products that can be found on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. In some cases, the prices on Uptopco are **four times higher** than what you can find on AliExpress.

The website itself also looks unfinished and poorly maintained, which doesn't inspire much confidence.

The worst part, however, has been my experience with my order. I was not allowed to cancel it after placing the order. It has now been **two months and I still haven't received anything**, and despite trying to cancel the order, I have not been given the option to do so or receive a refund.

I understand that shipping delays can happen, but waiting two months without receiving the product while being unable to cancel the order or get my money back is completely unacceptable.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience. **I would not recommend Uptopco.** Before buying from them, I strongly recommend checking the same products on AliExpress — you may find exactly the same items at a fraction of the price.

Ordered hat over a month ago and still have not recieved it... requested a refund and keep getting the run around..... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! IT IS A SCAM! I have multiple emails back and forth between them and I where they continue to refuse to send a refund amd cannot provide a credible tracking number for anything in the USA

Purchase was easy. Good tracking details to follow through the whole travel. Product is great quality!

It is a great product. Everything I expected, so nothing to complain.
The issue was with the freight…I had payed for the most expensive one so I could receive tbe product within 7 days, but I received it only a month later.

The product looks awesome.

The hat is perfect! I received consistent updates on process and shipping. Shipping was fast as well. Great experience and will order again.

Beware of SCAM. I placed an order and immediately found the same exact hats sold by another company at a fraction of the cost. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, I canceled the order. The company responded back to my email, indicating they receive my cancellation, however, they did not agree to not ship the items, and they did not agree to refund my money. Instead, they reassured me that it was worth the extra money because they make a good quality product. I ordered the same exact hats as a fraction of a cost from the other company. The hats arrived. When I followed up uptopco about my refund, they refuse to even acknowledge that I canceled the order or that they owe me money. Instead, they keep asking if I receive the hats. I do not honestly know if the hats I received are from them or the other place. I placed the order. The bottom line is, I canceled my order with them within minutes of placing the order, and they responded right away, indicating that they received my cancellation. Now it is my problem that they may have shipped the hats and not canceled my order. Either way they have my money. Do not trust this company.

Great hat. Just what I was looking for

I bought a 100th Sheep hat, I waited more than a month to arrive and it was totally diferent from what they advertise. It looks like a top quality hat that comes in a box and I received a deformed hat in an envelope totally crushed, imposible to wear. I contacted customer service and offer me a $3.00 reimburse after I payed $37 for the hat. Dont trust this company.

Got exactly what I asked for and in a timely fashion! The hat is so comfortable, I have a feeling that I’ll be wearing it for a very long time!
