Great customer service! Bought a travel pushchair in February which then broke yesterday - emailed over the same day and a lovely man called Mike responded to say he had escalated to the manufacturer. Today I have received an email to say a new pushchair will be with me early next week! Very happy with the customer service and will be using UK baby centre again :)

I had 2 small minor issues with my icandy,
I emailed in and asked for help with them and straight away I was greeted with a gentlemen called Mike! He was incredible, by the second email he had already contacted Icandy and had a replacement and parts sorted for my pram!
I actually couldn't believe how quickly it was sorted out!
I'm very grateful for his support and how quickly things were sorted for my pram!

We wanted the items we ordered to arrive earlier than stated on the website, I phoned and spoke with Charlotte and she arranged for all our items to be sent out the following day. This was fantastic and a very positive experience!

I find that this store always has the best price for what I'm looking for and then there's usually a discount code going too! The delivery is super speedy too, next day delivery for no extra cost!

I had an issue with a pram which was only 11 months old. Mike was very good at responding to my questions, providing reassurance and went the extra mile to resolve the situation.

I would 100% buy from UK Baby Center again.

Always a friendly welcome. The staff are present with assistance and to answer questions but they allow you to get on with actually looking at and assessing the products best of both worlds.
