Person in Seattle office was nice, but corporate system is lacking. Here's why. I used this service for the first time recently, in order to get a 5-year biz visa to India. My Order was #198640. I have been getting 1-year e-visas with no problem, but it's a hassle to submit every year, and spending a few hundred with a service to ensure I had things all lined up for the long-term visa seemed a good use of $. That turned out not to be the case. First of all, I did get my visa within the 2 week window, which is good. But that's the only good thing. As I got started, the initial person I emailed with sent me a check-list with things I needed to submit along with filling an online form. There were bugs in the form (it asked me for a Shengen address which was irrelevant, and some other minor things that were just confusing and wrong). Worse, they said to address my biz letters to LA consulate. i twice emailed them asking why not Seattle where i live and where their is a consulate; they didn't answer. So I did as instructed, and then sometime after submission (which had to be wet ink signed which was a pain), they messaged I had to do all over again addressed to Seattle consulate. Finally I got all the paperwork right and dropped my passport at their Seattle office. I said for them to call me when it came back and i'd come pick it up, but they didn't do that, they just fedexed it. No major harm there, as it was early. But it was a 1 year visa! In their Ts and Cs they say they dont control what time grant the consulate gives, but they clealry took my money and submitted for a 5 year visa. And I get back the same thing I can do via an evisa for less than half the price without ever letting go of my passport. I asked them to at least give a partial refund, which they refused, as their Ts&Cs say they can do. Which is true. But they should not have taken my money in the first place if they were not confident of getting a 5 year visa. So they keep my money and get this review again, since they asked. Buyer beware.

When I signed up for the service, it was indicated 3-5 days. I paid for extra service to expedite. I ended up missing my travel window. My colleague who went with a different service submitted later than I did and got his back 2 days before me. Jessica was a lot of help, but I believe Lester dropped the ball. I will definitely go with a different service. And I paid 3x more than my colleague ($600 vs $1800) and got less service.

The service was excellent, everything was very fast

Very frustrating experience. My initial contact was good and I explained my situation and timeline. I was told the package I needed to purchase and did so. After I sent my passport, I was contacted and told that I needed to purchase an expedited package for another $250. That was later waved but then the person assigned to my case stopped responding to my inquiries. I emailed and called and was told that they would call me back but never did. I finally asked for a manager after the situation became critical as I needed my passport returned as I was leaving on a trip. I did receive my passport in time but they ended up having to overnight it. What started as a very positive experience ended up being extremely stressful.

Andre was great and kept me informed every step of the way. Well worth the $. Paid for a stress free experience and that was exactly what I received.

Multiple options explored, a few started and abandoned due to website limitations. Was told by another company I needed to submit by a certain date to have my Brazil visa approved. On a Thursday, I submitted five days ahead of the deadline, they stated was acceptable for approval. On Monday I was sent a message recommending I move my travel by one week. I cancelled and contacted Travel Visa Pro. Submitted on Tuesday and was approved well within the three day turnaround promised. Helen and Anna were amazing.
