reliable support when needed
The service has been reliable. Top ups have been handled smoothly and the support team usually replies quickly. There was a moment where I needed a bit more clarity on timing but once I asked they explained it properly. I’d say it’s a solid option if you want a more stable setup for running ads.

I was unsure at first because we’ve worked with agencies before that sounded great in the beginning but became hard to reach later. This has been different. The communication stayed consistent after onboarding and the team has been patient with our questions. We haven’t had to chase them for basic updates which I appreciate a lot.

We moved to pinnacle media after getting tired of account problems and slow support elsewhere. I wouldn’t say everything in advertising becomes magically easy because it doesn’t but having a team that replies quickly definitely helps. Whenever we’ve had questions about top ups or account access they’ve been clear and practical. The support feels human not like you’re just being passed around. For our business that reliability has been the main reason to continue.
