However, they use this "Zero-Euro Card Verification" to secretly capture your digital card token. Behind the scenes, their billing shell company—registered as Hipump Media LTD—uses that token to lock you into a hidden, high-cost recurring subscription of €49/month without your explicit consent. They provide no accessible way to cancel or unsubscribe on their platform, forcing you to go through your financial institutions. TO ANYONE CAUGHT IN THIS TRAP: Do not bother trying to contact their non-existent customer support to unsubscribe. You must cut them off at the source immediately: Go directly into your Google Wallet / Google Pay settings and DELETE the card you used. This destroys the billing token they are holding. Check your banking app immediately. If you used a virtual card or standard card, look for a pending or completed charge of €49 from Hipump Media or Tech It Guru and file a fraud/chargeback dispute for a deceptive "Dark Pattern" subscription. They rely on people being too busy or too embarrassed to fight back. Spread the word and block your cards!

Very disappointed with this company. I was only looking into their services and was shocked to discover a €49 charge on my bank account that I did not expect.

Trying to cancel has been frustrating and stressful. In my opinion, the payment terms and automatic renewal process are not made clear enough to customers. I am now having to spend time contacting support and dealing with this issue just to prevent further charges.

A trustworthy company should make billing and cancellations transparent and straightforward. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative, and I would not use this service again.

I liked how straightforward the tutorials were. It’s not overly technical, which makes it approachable for beginners. Good for casual learning, not for anything advanced.

i never signed up to this i signed up for something else and it later brought me to that website and from then they have tried to charge me £24,99p on two seperate ocations and i dont know how to stop this

I was looking up DPD tracking and took me here. It showed Apple Pay but 0.00. I stupidly accepted and then contacted them. They say d no subscription. The next day they tried to take £49 but Santander blocked it. Now I have no card to make payments. I’m so mad with myself but is so easily done. Take care it doesn’t happen yo you.

This organisation robbed me of £49 by claiming that I had subscribed, which I did not. When I told them, they cancelled this fraudulent subscription and kept the fee. outrageous.

I don’t have the app or know what it is I just got some notification from my bank app that t*chitguru stole £49 from me??
And it’s a stupid pending payment so I gotta wait to get it back 😡

Like many other reviewer I feel I have been scammed out of £49.
This company deliberately try to extract your bank details from you. Beware they are con merchants.
I followed a link sent to me from my doctor which was supposed to send me to a site which demonstrated physiotherapy exercises. This company’s website appeared and it looked as if I had to enroll to see the videos. Next thing I had money taken out of my bank account. Beware of this bunch of scammers

Following a a link from youtube for a supposed free download, it took me to techguru. Accepted a charge of 0€ on my card, but there is a hidden "subscription" to pay £49 every month. They say there are 24h free in an email, buy if you don't notice, they will charge you. So I had to ask my bank to cancel the transaction. Shameful way to take your money. Digital scam, Please be aware.

Sane as lots of others. Never even heard of them untill they tried to take £49 out of account. Luckily I have extra security checks so it got refused

Dont know who this company is but what I do know is that they have taken £49 out of my account without my consent!
They have stolen my money which I want back NOW!
