The Wolf Jewelry case is beautiful
The Wolf Jewelry case is beautiful, especially for faux leather. I chose the latte color. However, for the price, I was expecting great functionality; the ring and earring bands have snaps on both ends and will not stay snaped when loading the rings and earrings. They are constantly popping off and the pieces go everywhere. Pretty frustrating. I may send back.

A well made winder but quite bulky
Easy-to-use website with timely delivery. I have only had the Heritage double winder for a few days, but it is straightforward to set up and simple to operate. Quite expensive in a world of cheap knockoffs, but I hope it will prove to be worth the price in time.

If I had not initiated the complaint. Likely I would have lost my 700$

I bought a jewelry box from another retailer and a few days later I noticed a small screw piece missing ! I contacted the Wolf company and even though it was bought from another retailer the Wokf company helped me get the piece and they sent it to me ! I was very thankful for the help they gave me and for accommodating me for the piece missing from my jewelry box ! I highly recommend their products and the quality is so great to have to keep jewelries in pristine conditions! Their customer service help are also excellent ….Tgank you Wolf!!!
