Ottimo approccio aziendale nel seguire il cliente dall’inizio alla fine del proprio acquisto.
Ho acquistato il detergente viso, la crema giorno e notte e il contorno occhi. Nonostante li stia utilizzando costantemente da soli 4 giorni, sin dalla prima applicazione ho percepito che si tratta davvero di ottimi prodotti. Inizialmente pensavo di essere stato condizionato dalla pubblicità nel vedere una pelle più bella già da subito.
Oggi, però, al quarto giorno, posso dire che non è solo una mia impressione: ho la pelle pulita in profondità, idratata, luminosa e, soprattutto, senza quell’effetto unto.
Se già dopo soli 4 giorni ho questa sensazione, penso e spero davvero di aver trovato finalmente i prodotti giusti per la mia pelle.

Non posso ancora esprimermi sugli effetti, perchè la sto usando da troppo poco tempo, ma posso dire che l'azienda è molto seria, sul pezzo e un'ottima gestione after sales, ho avuto un problema con la spedizione e sono subito intervenuti. Grazie, ora spero che si vedano anche i risultati quanto prima :-)

Volevo complimentarmi con la Serlino Lab per gli eccellenti prodotti che producono sono fantastici una linea di creme ottime ora mi manca solo da provare il contorno occhi.

Non posso darvi 5 stelle perché è ancora troppo presto, uso il prodotto da due settimane e mi sembra prematuro riportare un feedback. Per ora apprezzo molto la serietà che mostrate e spero di potervi dare al piú presto 5 stelle meritate.

I had an order issue and Joel took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I have also my correct order and after one week I can say the product is already helping my skin

I placed an order two weeks ago..but had questions because I thought I was ordering a product for my face and eyes...THEN to find out.."Oh N0"..."you need a separate product for your eyes." Now that I understand their product line..I placed an order today and they cancelled me right away because I questioned them. As a consumer, you and I have a right to question them. SO because I did, they keep cancelling my new orders. Listen..this is an ongoing product buy..they want to keep selling you stuff and if you question them, they refuse to sell to you. BUYER BEWARE !!!! I only gave one star because it would not allow 0. Buyer beware.

I have ordered the eye cream, facial soap, and night cream. I find all three products to be of superior quality! At 74 years of age, I was not expecting any improvement but to my delight and after one month, the appearance of my face has actually improved. Their customer service turnaround time is excellent, and they provide outstanding support for their products and customer concerns. Finally, the packaging and presentation of these products further supports the quality of their products.
