Survey Circle hat mir wirklich unglaublich bei der Rekrutierung von Versuchspersonen für meine Abschlussarbeit geholfen. Ich war mittlerweile wirklich am verzweifeln wie ich auf meine Stichprobe kommen soll und war sehr dankbar, dass ich über ChatGPT auf die Seite aufmerksam wurde. Es dauert etwas einen guten Rangplatz zu bekommen, jedoch kann man Punkte von Unterstützern (Freunde die sich als Forschungsinteressierte anmelden) bekommen und dann geht das echt gut!

For my High School science research class, I needed to recruit 260 participants for my survey. My primary 2 methods of doing this was using both SurveySwap, and SurveyCircle.

I posted my survey around mid-June of 2026 on both platforms. I completed around the same amount of surveys on each, which was a lot - for the majority of the time my survey was up, I was in the top 50 surveys, and I reached the top 25 in late July. For those who don't know whether thats impressive or not, reaching the top 25 takes hours upon hours of completing surveys.

I didn't really start "receiving responses" on SurveyCircle until early August - the website said I had 7 for a while until I started picking up the pace, reaching 33 by the end of August. However, when I downloaded my survey data, my survey said that I only ONE participant had actually asked for the code. ONE. Disgruntled, I emailed SurveyCircle support. No answer, even after multiple follow up's and new emails.

For those who were wondering, SurveySwap worked extremely well. The system itself uses a much better, minute-for-minute system instead of SurveyCircle's "survey ranking" system where your survey could be very well ranked and worth a lot of points, but you could still not get a lot of responses (or vice versa).

So all in all, SurveyCircle (a) uses a less fair exchange system compared to its competitor (b) barely got me any participants, and (c) it's support doesn't answer you.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is because my survey was 10 minutes (slightly longer than the average survey), and it included a short exercise. So if your someone with a short, simple survey, maybe its worth a shot.

But don't say you weren't warned.

Great platform for finding study participants! I really like the concept of supporting each other. Highly recommended!

Ich habe durch eigenes rekrutieren von Leuten für meine Studie grade mal 15 Teilnehmer gefunden. Dann habe ich Surveycircle entdeckt. Nachdem ich mich in die Top 50 im Ranking hoch gearbeitet habe, war das finden von Teilnehmern kein Problem mehr und ich kann nun eine Aussagekräftige Umfrage auswerten.

I was having trouble reaching the required number of participants. Luckily, someone recommended SurveyCircle to me.

The site is easy to use.
It takes a little time for your study to reach the top spots in the rankings, but it’s worth the effort. Within two weeks, I already had about 200 participants. I wouldn’t have been able to do that without SurveyCircle.

Plus, the support is great. I was able to increase my participant count in no time.

Sehr seriöse Seite.
Der eigene Fortschritt im Ranking ist nachvollziehbar und kann schnell erreicht werden.
Der Kundensupport war echt super erreichbar und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit.
Da sich in meinem Upgrade einige unbrauchbare Teilnahmen befanden, durfte ich diese sogar nacherheben.
Die Upgrade-Optionen sind m.M.n. kostengünstiger als bei manch anderer Konkurrenz, was ebenfalls für SurveyCircle spricht.

Ich kann jedenfalls nur empfehlen, SurveyCircle für seine Erhebung zu nützen.

Thanks to SurveyCircle, I was able to quickly recruit participants for my study as part of my thesis. The upgrades are well structured and genuinely fairly priced, especially for students. After contacting support by email, my unusable datasets were quickly compensated, and the communication with the support team was really friendly. Highly recommended!

A great platform for those of the social and economic sciences!
The basic principle of one hand washing the other is great and totally fair. What I truly appreciate is the free concept behind it and the ranking system according to your collected points, so the more you help other the more help you yourself can receive. One can definitely feel, how much thought and care was put into building this platform.
Especially for students like me that's a lifesaver.

This is an extremely helpful website for getting more survey respondents for my dissertation thesis. It's super easy to use, and I really like the system. The more you do people's surveys, essentially the more they do yours (because of the ranking and points). It's a great idea! It has given me less stress about getting enough participants. You have the ability to show participant requirements too so you are making sure you can target the right people. I highly recommend for anyone needing more participants for their survey.

SurveyCircle helped get my survey for my DBA thesis going. You have to invest a significant amount of your time in doing others' surveys to earn points for your own. However, this is very much a supporting community and by doing some time you can earn free responses up to a certain amount. You can then pay if you wish to expand it. Through this option, the company blasts your survey on all their networks for more attention. It is very helpful fo students!

Really easy to use great experience

Got over 200 subjects for my survey. Useful but you gotta put in effort because you need to get points or else no one is interested. Slots are very expensive to buy which is annoying. But it’s useful if you need a lot of subjects and you need it quick. Very good.

I highly recommend this to researchers and students. The datasets are mostly usable, and I was able to obtain a high-quality sample as a result. If you purchase a participant upgrade and receive unusable datasets, you can contact the support team and they will increase your participant limit by the number of unusable datasets. Very great!

Best option to gain new real and honest participants for your survey.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit SurveyCircle. Die Plattform ist super hilfreich, um schnell und unkompliziert Teilnehmer für wissenschaftliche Studien zu finden und die eigene Datenerhebung deutlich zu erleichtern. Gerade für Abschlussarbeiten oder Forschungsprojekte ist das eine große Unterstützung.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt. Auf mein Anliegen wurde sehr nett, verständnisvoll und großzügig reagiert, was ich wirklich zu schätzen weiß.
Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Plattform, die ich jederzeit wieder für meine wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten nutzen würde.
