Do not be fooled by the high ratings or the seemingly low prices on this platform. The online reviews here are completely biased and manipulated because this is a tech-driven company that controls, handles, and filters their own review data to look legitimate. It is a total trap.
If you see a low price that looks too good to be true, always double-check it against a reputable, well-known site before handing over your money. If you don't believe me, go ahead and book at your own risk—but you will quickly realize you have walked straight into a trap. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere!

Great customer service

Great service to the girl from Nigeria, AKANE and she has great skills.

They told me I need to purchase the travel protection to purchase seats. I did that. Days leading to the flight, I found out the seat reservations were cancelled without notice. I’ve been back and forth with customer service and nothing gets resolved. I just need to be refunded for the services not rendered.

I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Delhi. The booking agent, HINATA. DIAKITA was very polite and detailed oriented. She however, failed to tell me that one leg of the booking she was doing is not on premium economy, but is on economy R. I had confirmed with her that his tickets are premium economy, and she had replied yes.

She explained me the benefits of buying additional multiple insurances in detail details and I appreciated that.
Overall booking experience was good, I liked that they confirmed each and every details of each passenger before confirming the ticket.
Since this is my first experience with OOJO, I’m hoping everything goes smoothly.

scammers! Took money for a flight, which was a good deal. Too good a deal. they then reversed the charge 8 hours later with no email or detail as to why, which is uncomfortable when you then have to pay for another flight, worrying if they'll then issue a ticket and take a charge. Confirmation email came straight away but had to do battle with their chatbot to get a follow up email claiming that they had cancelled my booking (without telling me) It was clear they had sold me the fare at a price which, when they tried to ticket it, would have lost them money.

Probably a good thing this didn't work out, would not like to be on receiving end of a flight cancellation or operator issue when ticketed by these muppets.

Really unpleasant experience.

***Updated review to respond to the company's reply.*** Your confected attempt at diligence after the fact is too little too late and this review will remain in situ, as it is a genuine experience. You cancelled my reservation, leaving me in the position of having to source another flight which was significantly more expensive. The only clues to this were the bank charge being reversed. No email from you saying that you had dropped me in it by cancelling my booking until prompted. You then made up some nonsense about 'the system' (no amplification as to which system) reversed the charge AFTER you had issued an email to me saying my payment had been successful and issuing a booking reference!!! Admit it, you were going to make a loss when you attempted to ticket my reservation, and as opposed to doing the decent thing and contacting me to discuss, you simply reversed the charge and decided not to tell me.

Scumbags.

The process was quick. The call I got regarding my booking was efficient informative and straight to the point. It honestly made me a bit more confident in Oojo, seeing as I had not heard of them beforehand. The customer service was great, my questions were answered, every detail was explained and the price for my trip was fair.
Overall, I would say it was a solid experience.

Oojo has good prices and the booking process is not too troublesome. This is not the first time I've booked with Oojo.
