Booking cancellation without communication
I booked and got the confirmation, only to find out on the flight date that they had cancelled the booking. There was no communication to alert me of the cancellation. I found out when trying to access the e-ticket through their "My Trips" link.

I booked ticket in May
I booked ticket in May. They cancelled the ticket in June and offered refund. I waited till August and started calling them. They have not yet told me when will the refund will be credited.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible . I booked a flight with them last week, got a phone call to confirm everything two days later , also spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get me to pay all these premiums. Then , I get another call a couple days later claiming that the price I paid expired and the seat I bought was no longer available so it will cost more to book . Absolute insanity. The guy on the phone was anything from helpful and when I went to check the flight I had booked , there was still seats available so they lied and completely scammed me . They have not sent my money back. Would never book with them again, I have used countless third parties to book flights and never had this problem. I know have to pay an extra 200$ to buy the same flight I could have gotten cheaper last week. They were not sympathetic or helpful and will just try to continually scam you out of money . This company should be out of buisness. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They respond to my review but don't answer any of my calls. That is laughable . This company is terrible and I hope no one else falls for there scam. I just had to dispute the charge on my credit card , so save your self the money and the time and don't book with this disgusting company .
