Faye Travel Insurance Reviews 

They knew about the flight cancellation from Kenya Air, before our tickets reflected the change. We were able to call the airline we purchased the tickets through and get rerouted!

It was very easy to sign up for and purchase Faye's insurance. The options and terms were very clear. Fortunately, I didn't need to use the insurance (!), but I was happy to know it was there while we traveled.

Faye was so good at communication. Fortunately my trip was without any problems but I will definitely use Faye for future travel needs.

Had read such positive reviews of Faye and what a disappointment. Spent $1,600 on a policy with a cancel for any reason add-on. I had to cancel over a year out and am getting nothing but a runaround in reimbursement. Faye is requesting the same documents that I uploaded with the initial claim and their customer service is difficult to reach and incredibly rude. Would never recommend.

I was truly amazed at the communications you supplied us during our entire trip, e.g., flight updates, etc. They were very helpful. We also appreciated the prep you provided for our travel. The app worked great. Overall, great service. We definitely would highly recommend you to friends and family.

The good news is that we didn’t need to use this insurance. The piece of mind that we had insurance to protect us from any injuries, etc was worth every penny.

Appreciated how Faye communicated with all necessary documents right before the trip even though I purchased the protection several months before the trip.

We didn’t need to do anything more than purchase the insurance. Luckily we had zero issues other than a helicopter transfer being cancelled due to weather. We got a refund and a car transfer. I liked the part of the app where I had all my flights listed. That was helpful and easy to use.

Faye gave me the comfort of knowing "IF" something happened or went wrong, that we were going to be well taken care of. I read all of the previous reviews and went with Faye instead of a few older more well known companies. Much to my surprise, they also updated me on delays of my flight and what carousel my luggage would be on. The little things matter, and they did everything right. We will use them again, and suggest you also give them a try!
