I bought a set of kitchen chairs
I bought a set of kitchen chairs(2 chairs), for once I could put something together myself.
I got to the last leg of the chair and it was the wrong part. 3 out of 4 legs were the same instead of 2 and 2.
I emailed customer care about 11pm that night with what happened, with pictures included.
About 6 hours later at about 5am in the morning, I had a reply with an apology and that the correct part was on the way, with an approx delivery of 4 days which includes the weekend.
Now that's what I call customer service 👏
And just to point out the wrong part would've been on the manufacturer's side not Wayfair.
I bought a pull out couch/bed only a few months ago and that was delivered extremely quickly aswell.
Wayfair already recommended to friends and family.
Keep up the good work 👏
